員工友善，區域在高尚住宅區街道乾淨舒服，附近有食店，100円店，洗衣店很方便，有電磁爐，大雪櫃，水煲…可在附近超市買食材自己煮食，解決了晚餐及早餐
隔音設備不理想，半夜鄰房開門聲也聽到，連住7晚但沒有人來打掃房間，也沒有提供自動吸塵機，所以滿地頭髮厚塵
茗荷谷駅から歩きで程よい距離だし、建物は昭和の学生宿的雰囲気でしたが、中は、アメニティ含め、清潔感と気配りされており、満足。
二階階段を使用時、周囲の各窓から目に入るような感があった。
周辺の隣接した環境なので窓をあける事ができない。
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und allen Wünschen sehr zugänglich.
Die Fabrik gegenüber ist leider wirklich etwas laut, lässt sich aber aushalten.

鍵が掛かるか、よくわからない
古民家を改装した感じは残るが、きれいで角のホコリもない。シーツやタオル、トイレ、シャワーもきれいでかびてない。大型テレビでyoutubeやtverを見ることができる。コンセントも充実していて、パソコンやスマホも充実可能。廊下に出ると隣の部屋に人がいるのはわかるが、部屋にいるとき隣の部屋の人の音が聞こえることはなかったので、ゆっくり寝られた。
玄関の戸は常に解錠。
自分の部屋の鍵をしっかり締めるしかない。
A short walk away from metro lines and konbini and a fairly large room! The staff are also polite and responsive. It understates itself, but has many of the luxuries you would expect from a more expensive hotel; nice showers, complimentary water/razors/toothbrush, etc. I also found it had particularly comfortable pillows. I would happily stay again.
The genkan area is a bit small and I could see it being difficult for some to use. The only way up to the second floor is a narrow flight of stairs that are exposed to the elements, which may be difficult for some people to navigate.
It's definitely a bit loud during the day, there are some small factories and a fire station nearby, but after they close it quietens down so I had no trouble sleeping, though sirens still do occasionally sound at night which may wake up light sleepers.
近くに食事処や銭湯があったこと。Wi-Fiを使えたこと。部屋とトイレもきれいだった。
駅から遠く坂がきつい。1泊の値段が高い。セキュリティが少し心配。洗濯ができない。隣の部屋の声が良く聞こえる。

稍微離車站遠一點點，有大件行李要自己扛上樓
値段に対して妥当プラスアルファ分はしっかりあると思います。
スペース、値段的に難しいとは思いますが、部屋数に対してシャワー室が少ないかなと、
他の宿泊客と重なると少し不便を感じるが、仕方ないかなとも思える値段◎
東京でやすいとこうなるのか・・・という感じ。「旅館」という名前では無くサービス内容がわかる名前にしてくれて、部屋の内容・設備についてももっと詳しく情報提供してくれてればがっかりせずにすんだのに。という感じ。
