Pros:

Near the walking street. Quiet and safe area and accessible to all shops and restaurants. My third time booking them and its still the same: clean and nice.

Cons:

Just the left over pineapple inside the toilet. It should have been a good natural air freshener however it got musty and smelly. Overall it’s all good.

Avoid this place (so called hotel) as much as you can.
Pros:

This is very small improvised hotel in very narrow street. Old, unpleasant stuff, looking very dirty

Cons:

They have rebooked my room to another guest and when arrived they informed me that I do not have my room anymore. I am VIP Customer of Booking for more than 20 years and this was never happened to me. I made lots of taxi service costs and I had problem finding another hotel. Very unprofessional and I do not think that that is the way how the hotel guests should be treated. Avoid this place (so called hotel) as much as you can.
