Very satisfied. Will book again.
Pros:

Decent hotel, as described. Nice and spacious.

Cons:

The entrance stairway can be challenging for those with large luggage, as there is no sloped path suitable for trolley-style bags. The Website is not detail enough, was abit skeptical to book at 1st.

Bathroom privacy needs to work on, even though outside is just a fence. Might scare some people.

Pros:

The amenities were fantastic! I loved being able to take a bath after walking all over Tokyo. The coffee was very tasty as well, along with the tea.

The bed was also very comfortable.

Cons:

Having an open restaurant would have been an added bonus!

閑静で快適に過ごせます。
Pros:

お部屋が地下であったが、かなり広く静かなので快適でした。
お風呂場が広く、この点も良かったです。

Cons:

所々汚れが目に付くところとジェットバスの通気口が一箇所破損していたところ。

The rooms are extremely well maintained, luxurious and spacious. A total enjoy to stay in and the location is simply stellar.

Pros:

Spacious rooms with good amenities. The staff were friendly and the rooms cleaned daily.

Cons:

Quite expensive for what is really just a room with no additional facilities.
