Hâte de revenir !
Pros:

Accueil chaleureux, appartement conforme, petit dej délicieux (préparé directement dans notre cuisine), centre de Marrakech facilement accessible en taxi.

Cons:

Des petits rafraichissements à prévoir au niveau de la piscine intérieure/salle de sport.

Cons:

Le personnel n’était pas désagréable, mais malheureusement peu disponible et peu orienté service. L’accueil est censé être ouvert 24h/24, pourtant il y avait très souvent personne à la réception lorsque nous avions besoin d’un renseignement.

Concernant le parking, il faut klaxonner à chaque entrée et sortie pour qu’on nous ouvre, ce qui est très dérangeant, surtout lorsqu’on rentre tard.

J’avais également fait une demande plusieurs jours avant notre arrivée pour pouvoir accéder à la chambre à 14h au lieu de 15h. Je n’ai reçu aucune réponse. Finalement, en arrivant, notre chambre n’a été prête qu’à 16h10, ce qui est difficile à comprendre lorsqu’on insiste autant sur le départ à 11h afin que les chambres soient prêtes à 15h.

Globalement, la qualité de service et de l’accueil ne correspond pas au niveau de prestation attendu. Les demandes, même légitimes, donnent souvent l’impression d’être traitées rapidement ou refusées sans réelle volonté d’aider ou d’apporter une solution.

Nice place you don’t need to worry about food, travel everything is easy and staff is very friendly..😊
Pros:

Nice destination everything is nearby to visit easy transportation

Cons:

It was a little expensive for me because I stayed in other hotels with some more good amenities like them at cheap prices it’s just my point of view doesn’t mean a lot but still happy with the service
Staff was very good and talk very politely in every conversation

Enjoyed our stay. Will go again!
Pros:

Staff amazing- helpful!! Breakfast - wow- chef showed up at our door and prepared our breakfast in our room. Nice touch! Big apartment!! Very clean - well supplied except for Kleenex and napkins. Espresso provided was delicious !! Both bathrooms were clean. Parking is a bit tight. And garage door opener was problematic. But the staff - were very attentive and apologetic!! Would go back. Plenty of room for 4-5 people. Enjoyed our stay

Pros:

Groot appartement, fijne bedden en kussen, hygiëne was top! Heel fijn verblijf. Ontbijt werd in je appartement gemaakt, je moet er van houden of niet. Wij vonden dat fijn, was een lieve dame! Verder 2 zwembaden die er goed uitzagen en groot genoeg! Hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van de hamam maar had gekund. Je kan dan aangeven dat je gescrubd wil worden en dan regelt het personeel dat er iemand komt om dat te doen. Helaas geen gebruik van kunnen maken vanwege de tijd en vol programma.

Eigenlijk niets, alles was goed!

Heerlijk vertoeven in het moderne centrum
Pros:

Prachtige locatie, mooi en ruim appartement, met wasmachine. Ontbijt werd ‘s-morgens voor ons klaar gemaakt

Geen Wifi bij het zwembad boven en er was maar 1 sleutel beschikbaar
