Lovely stay, good location.
Pros:

Very clean and nice and comfortable apartment. Great location with many shops and restaurants nearby. A lady came to the apartment in the morning, at the time we stated and cooked us a traditional moroccan breakfast which was excellent.

Cons:

J'ai trouvé cet établissement en cochant les critères Hôtel et 4*, il est donc faussement classé 4* et parmi les établissements hôteliers.
J'ai fait une réservation tardive pour une nuit et impossible d'avoir le petit déjeuner pourtant payé à 8h bien que demandé vers 7h(je n'ai pas vu un msg de la veille pour leur donner l'horaire et ils ont décidé que se serait 9h)
Dans un Hôtel 4* je m'attends à pouvoir prendre un petit déjeuner sans le réserver la veille( il s'agit en fait d'un immeuble entièrement destiné a la location de courte durée avec le niveau de nuisance sonore qui va avec)
A la fin resté bloqué au garage 10mn personne pour ouvrir et on ne vous donne pas de clef.
In fine l'interlocuteur de l'établissement est d'une grande politesse, mais ne résout strictement rien.

Pros:

Location. Two bedrooms and the kitchen. Bathroom + a toilet was fantastic. Balcony was a nice touch, washing machine very helpful.

Cons:

Shower mould needed a clean.

Pros:

Only the location.

Cons:

It was dirty, we asked for toilet paper and they told us that we have to buy from a nearby market, and in general it wasn’t clean and the staff also disappeared.

Séjour agréable dans un appartement propre et bien équipé, je recommande.
Pros:

Appartement conforme aux photos, très propre et décoré avec goût. Literie confortable, piscine agréable, et emplacement pratique. Tout était en ordre à notre arrivée et la communication avec l'hôte a été fluide.

Cons:

Rien à signaler, tout était correct.

Pros:

Зона на крыше прикольная. Есть бесплатный подземный паркинг. Хорошая доступность до ресторанов. Вообще выглядит как элитный район. Очень классные балкончики в квартире

Cons:

бассейн на крыше был слегка грязноватым, но это окей. Хамам не работал, А я, честно говоря, из-за него и хотел там поселиться.

Generally a comfortable stay in a privately owned apartment in a block
Pros:

Wonderful staff, particularly the lady who came every morning and made a great breakfast.
The air conditioning was good and the kitchen facilities were adequate. Great location for exploring the new area of the city and excursion pickups.

Cons:

Uncomfortable beds, lack of towels and noise at night. No bedside cabinets and the place generally lacked attention to detail. We were disappointed that the room we were allocated was not the fancy bright one advertised. The indoor pool was not functioning and the gym was not usable.

Rooms were clean and it felt like home away from home

Cons:

The gym equipments don’t work and appeared very dusty from not being used in ages. The swimming pool appeared dirty and the main swimming pool isn’t in use. Asides that it was a beautiful property in a busy city center

It was a wonderful stay.
Pros:

The property is in a good location, easily accessible. The interior design was perfect as well
