Pros:

Tiene buen precio para 7 noches en Tokio. Tiene un 7 eleven enfrente y una lavandería cerca y la zona era tranquila

Cons:

Lo que no me gustó del alojamiento fue que nada más llegar no presentaba buen olor la habitación. La caja fuerte y la taquilla de las llaves me dieron problemas. Me alojé sola y una noche me intentaron abrir la puerta y ya no me transmitía confianza el hotel. Si quieres moverte por tokio tienes que coger siempre dos trenes mínimo, queda muy lejos de todo. En pleno calor la cama tenía un edredón

また機会があれば、是非利用させて頂きたいです。
Pros:

とてもスタッフの方が親切にして下さり、急遽連泊になった時に、チェックインを前倒ししていただき、そのまま部屋移動して荷物を置かせて頂き、本当に助かりました。
浴槽と広い洗い場があり、トイレとは別で、お風呂で寛ぐことができました。

快適に過ごせました。
Pros:

洗濯機が室内にあって良かったです。
コンビニ、スーパー、薬局、コインランドリー、 も近くにあり、ときわ台駅からも近く、立地条件はいいと思います。 何より、スタッフの方々がとても親切でした。

Cons:

歯ブラシと洗濯乾燥機があると、さらに良かったです。
シャワーの温度調整が難しい時があったので、温度が一定に保てると使いやすいです。

Pleasant stay otherwise!
Pros:

It was excellent. The location and staff were amazing to deal with. Location is minutes from station and shops and restaurants. Safe area.

Cons:

The tatami mats were too hard unfortunately and not comfortable to sleep on the floor. Younger kids loved it but us oldies suffered sleep wise.

概ね快適に過ごさせていただきました。ありがとうございました。
Pros:

駅から近くて、足も伸ばせる畳も良かったです。不明な点を電話でお聞きした時のスタッフの対応も丁寧で親切でした。

Cons:

部屋にかかっている富士山の掛軸風の絵３枚が、安っぽくて、お部屋の価値を下げているように感じて勿体無いなぁと思いました。何も無いか、花を一輪飾るだけで良いと思います。
バスルームの排水があまりスムーズではなかったです。

外国人向けなのかな？
建物へ入るのもチェックインも全てネットで自分で。アプリからチェックインしてくれと言われるが本当は大量に送られて来たメールの一つから個人情報を入れてチェックインの仕方を見ないといけなかった。スタッフが理解してない。非常にストレスが溜まった。スタッフは建物内にいるのに決して対面対応しようとしない。
