Great location for a one-night stay if you are departing on a cruise.
Pros:

The location is great if you are departing from the ports to go on a boat. One night is perfect. The staff is really friendly and helpful. There is a supermarket next door which is convenient.

Cons:

The beds are not super comfortable.

The hotel was right by the sea, not far from the metro to the city center. It offered good value for money.
Sufficient for a stay of 1–2 nights.

Cons:

The room furnishings were old and quite worn, the view was of a light well, and the fuses kept blowing. The surrounding area was quite noisy.

Снимаем этот отель второй раз, все́ было хорошо. Всё чистенько, персонал вежливый. Завтрак вкусный. Отель в стиле морской тематики. Советую. Море рядом- 100м.
