Unique double Smart Room in 17 century Home with snooker, hottub and BBQ

It was a confusing and uncomfortable to check in. Communication from the staff was good prior to the stay, but we have a few questions, and they did not respond on the day of the stay. Its an interesting place, just wan't quite comfortable for our family.

Some parts of the house feel a bit worn out, which is honestly to be expected in a place filled with antiques. The shared kitchen was quite messy, although that may have been due to other guests during our stay.

The bed linen was clean and freshly washed, but unfortunately had quite a few stains that hadn’t come out in the wash.

Não gostei de nada. Muito sujo, a cheirar mal. Cheio de moscas. Não houve limpeza. Cabelos no lavatório. Enfim, um ambiente horrível e desagradável. Não consegui ficar lá. Nem sentar nas cadeiras sujas, nem na cama, absolutamente nada. Estou à espera de ser reembolsada pois o que foi vendido, um quarto em hotel e tinha 5 estrelas, é completamente mentira, não é real. Chegamos lá e estamos completamente abandonados á nossa sorte. Não há ninguém para resolver nada. Intragável. Vim embora logo de seguida a ver o quarto.

I wish the extra fee was added together when they charge the credit card but it was understanding.

They sell this place like 5 star hotel but this place is awfull and dirty like the place where live a pigs. I cant imagine that somebody can even live like this there were so dirty. Please dont book this place. Their pictures are not real.

1. Hot tub doesn’t work at all and it seems to be for quite a long time already. Broken button got a wire stuck inside to jam it to work? But it got so rusty already - put in long time ago.

2. Title says sauna but there isn’t one.

3. The shower had hair on the filter before we arrive and it was completely blocked thus couldn’t drain at all. Hotel said plumber was called but did not turn up during our whole staying. No one even tried a plunger to resolve the problem in the simplest way. There is a shower with the standalone bathtub but no shower head holder which makes shower very difficult and wet the whole bathroom and the rest of the hotel room after used by a family of 4. Toothbrushes and toothpaste of others’ were left in the bathroom. It just wasn’t cleaned.

4. The room smells of dog including duvets and all fabrics - cushions, rugs etc. The room also smelled of old and musk with lots of mould in the bedroom.


5. Beddings felt very waxy with strong smell of detergent (not rinsed properly), yellowy with big holes on a few of them. There were also many dotted lines of bloodstain - sign of bedbugs. We weren’t bitten but really couldn’t sleep through the night and worried we are bringing some along 😓.

6. Lights in the porch were broken.

Honestly, I can’t recommend it to anyone.

Tenemos pensamientos que nuestra habitación alguien entró mientras no estábamos. Puede que de los mismos códigos para todo el personal y las diversas habitaciones.

Em termos de estacionamento foi um pouco mais complicado, pois não dá para parar o carro muito perto.
Para além disso, aponto como aspeto negativo a limpeza da casa de banho. Apesar de ter toalhas lavadas, a banheira e o duche não estavam limpos, inclusive o duche tinha produtos e uma gillette de outra pessoa e estava cheio de cabelos no ralo. Considero que é um aspeto a melhorar, pois dá muito mau aspeto e depois de um dia a andar, só queríamos tomar um banho e dadas as condições, não foi possível.

Every room was mouldy, most nights sleep was disturbed by the cockerels crowing from as early as 2am, the last night we could not sleep due to people on the floor below screaming and shouting ALL NIGHT in a domestic disturbance.

Desde la reservación fue demasiados inconvenientes ,nunca pude realizar la reserva del parking por qué nunca respondieron a mi correo ,las llamadas para indicar la llegada nunca fueron contestadas en todolas ocho horas antes de llegar a las instalaciones. Siento que me han robado fueron 400€ pagados que se pagó para al ser recibidos esperar 30minutos afuera con dos niñas pequeñas y golpear la puerta hasta que se nos abrió . Al entrar al lugar la humedad ,el moho y las instalaciones no podían estar en peor estado tanta era la humedad y el moho que la hora de salida era a las 11 am y tuvimos que salir a las 6 de la mañana con una de nuestras hijas trancada del pecho por la inhalación de tanta humedad volvería a sinitra pero nunca pero nunca más a ese lugar;; y lamento este texto tan largo pero considero que sí una familia con niños pequeños se alojará aquí la pasaría muy mal y no me gustaría que nadie pasara por esto
