Muy limpio, acceso superfácil. El desayuno es en establecimientos cercanos que están suuuuuperbien

La fachada no da mucha confianza inicialmente… y el tamaño de la habitación en las fotos engaña un poco, son habitaciones pequeñas con cocina, un metro entre la cocina y la cama

The downside of being so central to very lively neighborhoods is...the late evening noise...better have earplugs.

Pros:

The location was very good within walking distance from the center of tourist events yet a quiet place.
Room was clean, comfortable for a short stay. It was possible to leave our luggage before entering the room, parking the car was comfortable and a few min walk from the place.

Cons:

Shower was located on a high step which made it a little difficult to get down especially after the shower.

Room equipmnent, especially iron and ironing desk.

Cons:

Lack of real reception desk, and the need to declare in advance time for nett day breakfaat (on vacation best time for breakfast is when you wake up :-) )

Sehr schönes Appartment! Sehr sauber!

Cons:

Besser mit dem Lift zum Appartement fahren, da das Licht bei der Treppe nicht funktioniert und sehr schäbig ist
