Personale della struttura cortese e disponibile per qualunque richiesta/esigenza.

Cons:

La prenotazione diceva camera con balcone ma in realtà non c’era balcone ma solo una finestra strettissima con una mini ringhiera. La stanza dovrebbe essere illuminata meglio era un po buia

Pros:

Hotel pubblicizzato su booking con piscina e quindi prenotato per questo, una volta arrivati il personale ci comunicava che la piscina era ubicata in un altro hotel di loro proprietà a circa 2 km. Quindi non potuta utilizzare per la scomodità del raggiungimento e per i servizi . Evitare assolutamente pubblicità ingannevoli.

La cordialità e disponibilità di tutto il personale. Camera pulitissima. Colazione ottima ed abbondante. Personale Cordiale e disponibile ad aiutarti in qualunque piccola difficoltà.

Cons:

La doccia si chiude con una tenda che non permette la totale protezione di fuoriuscita d'acqua. Unica presa disponibile per caricare il cellulare nel bagno (in camera non ci sono prese 220V visibili).

Un ottima struttura alberghiera. Pulizia, gentilezza, accoglienza non mancano. Colazione abbondante e abbastanza varia. La consiglio

Cons:

Se proprio devo trovare qualcosa....un cuscino in più potrebbe fare comodo. Ma comunque abbiamo sbagliato noi a non chiederlo saremmo stati di sicuro accontentati.
