Pros:

The location was perfect, very clean and with touch for everything including special towel to clean your makeup. Spacious and quiet rooms as well.

Pros:

Leider gab es kein Frühstück, sonst war alles perfekt. Optimale Lage, sehr schöne Zimmer, alles top gepflegt, schöner kleiner Balkon und eine superfreundliche, sehr hilfsbereite junge Dame an der Rezeption!!

Cons:

Frühstück wäre toll, aber es gibt ein sehr gutes, sehr angenehmes Café dirket gegenüber

Very nice hotel that I would stay here again.
Pros:

Close to the metro station for access on the M4 to the airport. Close to a nice bakery and supermarket on the same street within a block of the hotel. Very modern hotel and rooms. Comfortable rooms. Within three blocks of the main pedestrian street.

Cons:

A little hard to find the hotel at night.

Ottima posizione e bella camera, ma servizi praticamente inesistenti

Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti, dal 28 al 31 agosto. Nel complesso la struttura non è male: la posizione è più che buona, in pieno centro storico, e la camera era pulita, spaziosa e dotata di un bagno molto grande con una doccia comoda. Positivo anche il piccolo balcone e la presenza nel minibar di una bottiglia d’acqua di cortesia, dettaglio non scontato. La macchinetta del caffè era disponibile nella struttura, anche se non direttamente in camera.

Cons:

Purtroppo, però, i servizi e l’assistenza sono stati davvero deludenti.

In tre notti la camera non è mai stata pulita e non è mai stata cambiata la biancheria, né quella del letto né quella del bagno. Inoltre, durante tutto il soggiorno non abbiamo praticamente mai visto nessuno dello staff: per quanto ci riguarda, la presenza del personale è stata pari a zero.

Già al nostro arrivo abbiamo avuto problemi: per il check-in abbiamo dovuto aspettare circa 15-20 minuti davanti alla porta, nonostante avessimo chiamato, scritto e suonato il citofono. Non essendoci un receptionist, abbiamo avuto anche difficoltà a capire autonomamente come recuperare le chiavi della camera, perché non ci erano state fornite indicazioni sufficientemente chiare.

Il problema più grave si è verificato alla partenza. Avevamo un volo alle 5 del mattino e quindi dovevamo prendere un taxi alle 3. Circa 12 ore prima abbiamo contattato l’host sia su WhatsApp sia tramite la chat di Booking per chiedere semplicemente di aiutarci a prenotare un taxi. Non abbiamo ricevuto alcuna risposta. Considerato l’orario e la necessità di raggiungere l’aeroporto, trovo questa totale assenza di assistenza particolarmente grave.

Un sorprendente soggiorno in una struttura bellissima !
Pros:

Posizione super , la struttura è vicinissima a qualsiasi attrazione del centro città e alla fermata metro Serdica . Check-in automatico semplicissimo e velocissimo . Check out alle ore 12:00 ! La mia stanza doppia era grande, pulita, silenziosa e pieni di tanti confort compreso le ciabatte di cortesia ! Il bagno era il top , grande, con una doccia enorme e doppio lavandino . Davvero bellissima e moderna ! Qualità prezzo perfetto !

Cons:

La struttura è davvero molto bella ma nella hall mancava il bagno che è davvero essenziale quando fai il check out o per un'urgenza .
