I travelled solo and as for me the room was cozy, clean, quiet and spacious. The bed was comfy. There was a fridge in the room which was a plus
The hotel is located next to the lake so, you can enjoy a wonderful view from the terrace. They have a restaurant on the rooftop and also, I liked the fact that you can order food to your room from a set menu.
Moreover, you can enjoy a decent enough warm shower by turning on one switch 20 minutes before the shower.
On the flip side, first of all, the shower has no door so, whenever I take a shower the water passes to the toilet area which can be avoided by putting a sliding door.
Secondly, I made a special request for one electric kettle in the room during my booking but I didn't get one.
Thirdly, most of the hotels I stayed in had a tag on the door which indicates on one side if the room needs a cleaning or on the other side pls don't disturb. But there was no such thing available in here. If you need cleaning you just have to dial a number from the phone kept in your room.
Finally, there was only one towel in the room. An extra towel on the toilet floor could have been practical. Just my personal opinion.

I was satisfied with both the food and the room service provided.
The vehicle provided was a HiAce van. The driver placed a large amount of luggage on the front row of the three passenger rows. The stack of luggage was so high that it blocked the driver’s rear view, and it also posed a risk of falling onto passengers seated in the rows behind.
I believe this operation was unsafe. Luggage should not be placed on passenger seats, and it should never be stacked higher than seat level. In the event of sudden braking or an emergency, such as an accident, the luggage could fall and seriously injure passengers. I requested the colour, model, and registration number of the pickup vehicle; however, I was only provided with the driver’s mobile number. I hope the hotel management will take note of this review and make the necessary improvements to ensure a higher standard of safety and customer satisfaction.
