The staff. They were brilliant. It’s a family run place a they were so welcoming, humorous and helpful. We were attending a wedding nearby and they really looked after us. The breakfast was great and the rooms were new, clean and comfortable

Clean and well maintained site, with friendly staff, well presented and tasty foods. Comfortable rooms and conveniently located to Norwich City Centre. Lovely farm nearby.

Traditional Norfolk Stay
Pros:

Everything about our stay was perfect. The pub was set in a great location with the rooms being separate from the but within the grounds which made it very convenient and quiet.

The food was great, with a very unique but traditional menu. All the meat came from the farmland that the landlord and landlady own and you can tell with the quality of the produce.

The pub has a great selection of beers including Hawkstone Larger and cider. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

We will definitely be staying again.

Lovely relaxing stay and the staff can’t do enough to make you welcome we had a perfect stay.
Pros:

Lovely room, plenty of space and really well presented. The site has been developed with disability access in mind so wide doors and slopes to the restaurant making it really easy. Lush restaurant food !

Cons:

There was nothing I didn’t like.

Rooms were fresh and clean and a very good size.
Bed was comfortable and the bathroom shower was lovely.
The staff were fantastic and Joe was always to hand with a smile, chat and drinks.
Restaurant for dinner was great and the breakfast was fantastic.

Cons:

The coffee mugs we used during the day were not washed up during the room clean/makeup the next day and the coffee/teabags were not replaced.

Pros:

The location was quite near to Norwich so that was good. Breakfast was OK.

Cons:

The facilities in the room were lacking. The kettle was too small and awkward to use. The shower was quite dangerous and slippy. There was nowhere to put your wash bag, The window in the bathroom should have had a blind even though the window was frosted. Just average to be honest. There was no ambiance in the bar or restaurant.

We had a lovely stay at the kings head and would highly reccomend to others.
Pros:

Friendly staff, beautifully decorated with attention to detail. Room was spacious and clean. We had a lovely breakfast the next morning. We would definitely return to the kings head inn.
