Bel hôtel en plein centre
Pros:

Bel hôtel conforme aux photos. Situé dans une cour intérieure donnant sur une aire de jeux, il bénéficie d’un emplacement en plein centre tout en restant au calme. Tout est accessible à pied et, si besoin, les taxis Yandex permettent de se déplacer facilement pour quelques euros.
La chambre est spacieuse, avec balcon, et les lits sont confortables. Le petit-déjeuner est varié et de bonne qualité, à l’exception du café. Le personnel est aimable et accueillant. Bon Wi-fi.
Je recommande cet hôtel idéalement situé en plein centre.

Fantastic find, great little hotel
Pros:

The location (once you find it) is great, in a courtyard so no road noise, and walking distance to most things. The ladies on the desk, and in charge of food etc were great, very helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. The hotel is small and quiet, set in behind a nice garden area.

Cons:

Only one small thing is that the stairs were very echoey and some people talked very loudly at night in them!

Déjeuner, certains personnes à la réception pas sympa et ne disent même pas bonjour (on a adoré la seule personne adorable Nana à la réception et la dame qui débarrasser la table)

Emplacement central. Petit déjeuner très varié et abondant.

Cons:

L'adresse n'est pas la bonne. L'hôtel se trouve dans une très grande cours intérieure face à un jardin d'enfants. Les entrées se font via deux porches provenant de deux rues différentes.

Pros:

L’hôtel est extrêmement bien placé au cœur de la ville et comme cela est dans une cours c’est au calme. Le personnel est d’une gentillesse et d’une bienveillance rare.
C’est mon hôtel coup de cœur d’Erevan.

Все таки это не отель, а гостевой дом скорее всего. Находится внутри жилого квартала, рядом жилые дома, детская площадка. Подъезд не очень удобный, подъехать к отелю не получилось. Идти с чемоданом не очень удобно) номер отличный, чисто, просторно. Персонал супер!!

Ottimo soggiorno in centro
Pros:

Hotel molto carino e accogliente, situato in una posizione comoda e vicino al centro. Le camere erano pulite e ben curate, mentre la colazione era davvero molto buona e varia. Ottimo anche il rapporto qualità-prezzo. Personale gentile e disponibile. Consigliato!
