Nice place, beautiful nature.

Cons:

The staff at the reception and in the restaurant/bar did not speak English but Slovakian only which made the communication a bit hard and awkward.
We did not find a room card when checking out therefor we were charged 5 eur, however, I am sure they would find it somewhere in the room but the charged fee would never be reimbursed. I feel it a bit strange when you pay 300+ eur for one night stay.

Velká spokojnosť s pobytom! Hotel je v kásnom prostredí. Personál bol nesmierne milý, ochotný. Izby boli čisté a voňavé.

Raňajky boli bohaté a káva skvelá.Parkovanie pred hotelom.Ubytovanie so psíkom žiadny problém.

Neuveriteľná poloha hotela
Pros:

Všetko ostatné. Pohodlná rodinná izba s dvoma samostatnými spálňami, veľmi ochotný a milý personál, reštaurácia s nádherným výhľadom na zjazdovku, neuveriteľné výhľady a okolie. Interaktívna hra Záhady lesa v okolí hotela. Určite sa vrátime.

Drobné výhrady k upratovaniu.

Vyborna lokalite, v cene ubytovania aj povolenie na vjazd az priamo k hotelu. Izby dostatocne priestranne. Vyborne ranajky. Biliard aj stolny tenis v cene. Za velmi dobru cenu sa dali poziciat aj Ebiky. Doplatili sme si vecere. Tiez skvele.

Cons:

Vybavenie izieb je uz trochu starsie, ale vsetko je ciste, takze to je len detail.
