The room is quite tight and the sink is outside the the bathroom which is a bit of an inconvenience. For the A/C to work all the windows must be shut, including the bathroom one, regardless of the bathroom door being shut. Other than that, very pretty and clean room.

Gostamos muito do hotel, especialmente a hospitalidade percebida na água servida à vontade, mimo pela celebração de 30 anos de casamento, excelente localização (perto da estação S. Lucia e dos principais pontos turísticos de Veneza), a gentileza no atendimento e a decoração charmosa do hotel.

Location. Good sized room. Lovely staff.
Location was great. Not on the main canal however on a canal which means you can get a water taxi to your landing. (Front Door).We didn't as the water bus No 1 (public Transport) stops about 200 metres from the accommodation., an easy walk. Easy to get to main attractions walking although make sure you have a map to guide you. The breakfast was good and enjoyable. The bed was comfortable. and room was ok. Had a view of a courtyard not a canal, lots of light and window treatments to stop any noise. Very quiet. Bathroom was great size and shower was hot. Most important was the overall cleanliness of the place.
