Fatal atención en recepción, nada amables y peor aún en el comedor, que si bajas 45 minutos antes del cierre ya han quitado casi todo y te miran con cara de ogro y ni contestar a os buenos días, ni al por favor, muy asquerosos y lamentable atención.

Pros:

A hotel elhelyezkedése kiváló: az óváros mindössze néhány perc sétára található, ugyanakkor kellően távol van a nyüzsgő éjszakai élet zajától. A tengerpart is csupán néhány lépésre fekszik, így rendkívül kényelmes volt bármikor lesétálni strandolni.
A félpanziós ellátás egyik előnye volt, hogy minden nap szabadon lehetett választani az ebéd és a vacsora között, így rugalmasan tudtuk alakítani a programjainkhoz az étkezéseket.

Cons:

A félpanziós ellátás csak kis mértékben került többe a reggelis opciónál, ezért ezt választottuk. Sajnos azonban az ételek számunkra nagyon ízetlenek voltak. Emellett zavaró volt, hogy a pincérek gyakran már a reggeli vagy az ebéd hivatalos befejezése előtt elkezdték megteríteni az asztalokat a következő étkezéshez, ami rontotta a nyugodt étkezés élményét.

Отличный отель с прекрасным расположением прямо у моря. До Старого города можно легко дойти пешком, вечером приятно гулять. У нас был полупансион (завтрак и обед) — еда была разнообразной и вкусной.

Бассейн хороший, а персонал у бассейна заслуживает отдельной благодарности. Особенно хочется отметить спасателя Виктора — очень доброжелательный, внимательный и профессиональный человек. Он знает многих гостей, всегда общается с улыбкой, готов помочь, подсказать и создать прекрасную атмосферу. Огромный ему привет и спасибо!

Также хочется отметить сотрудников ресепшена — все были очень приветливы и всегда готовы помочь.

Cons:

Главный минус — рядом с отелем ведутся строительные работы (не на территории отеля). Мы заранее об этом не знали. С понедельника по пятницу было очень шумно из-за строительства, что немного испортило отдых.

Также хотелось бы улучшить качество уборки номеров. После переселения в другой номер уборка была недостаточно тщательной — например, в номере остались грязные стаканы. В качестве рекомендации хотелось бы пожелать уделять больше внимания качеству уборки.

Lokacija hotela je odlična. Osoblje izuzetno ljubazno i usluzno. Hrana ukusna i raznovrsna. Plaza se nalazi odmah preko puta hotela. Parking je odlican. Bazen cist i ima dovoljno lezaljki.

Suficiente para uma semana na praia.
Pros:

A localização é muito boa para quem pretende fazer praia. Nas refeições, pequeno almoço e a segunda refeição, a variedade não é grande mas, a que existe, tem qualidade. Disponibilidade de bebedouros com água fresca em todos os pisos.

Cons:

Pouca variedade de produtos nas refeições, principalmente fruta. A roupa de cama e as toalhas de banho não eram confortáveis e apresentavam sinais claros de desgaste e, até, com alguns rasgões. Apesar de passarem todos os dias para limpar e arrumar o quarto, as camas ficavam muito mal feitas. No primeiro dia, até pensamos que não tinham feito a cama.
