Lovely boutique hotel experience in a superb location
Pros:

Beautiful property in a superb location

Cons:

Room was a little noisy in the morning and bar was pricey - also not a fan of getting an 8am text asking us when we were checking out.

The staff could do wiith reading the book "unreasonable hospitality"
I am 38 weeks pregnant and had a bit of a drama getting to the hotel which I made the staff aware of, I think given this they could have been more helpful. For a 5 star hotel - no-one went beyond the expectations of a premier inn.

Fantastic hotel, great cocktail terrace and the Pearly Cow is a really nice restaurant
Pros:

We absolutely loved our bedroom, the view was incredible, and the size of the room was great. As someone with a sweet tooth, the complimentary sweets were a real bonus!

Best boutique if you’re staying in Brighton
Pros:

Great design, cool amenities in the room and lovely sea view. Very friendly staff and fantastic cocktail bar (and waiters!)

Cons:

The in room record player didn’t work too well probably needs a new pick up

Pros:

The location, and it's low profile, are great. The public rooms are charming and welcoming, and the bar is excellent.Very helpful staff.

Cons:

The only think missing is a gym, or access to a gym. I walked next door to the Hilton to use their gym. Perhaps No 124 could work out some type of an arrangement that would allow guest to use the Hilton gym without a fee?
