Excellent séjour. Nous recommandons cette adresse.
Pros:

L'hôte était d'une extrême gentillesse, se proposant de nous conduire à la gare, venu même pour nous y chercher. Nous avions oublié quelques affaires lors de notre passage et il nous les a gentiment gardé jusqu'à ce que nous venions les récupérer en fin de séjour au Japon. L'appartement est petit, mais méticuleusement agencé. Très commode pour explorer les divers quartiers de Tokyo.

Cons:

Peut être un peu plus d'équipements (couverts, couteaux, mais c'est vrai qu'on n'en trouve en général pas au Japon) si l'on raisonne avec nos habitudes ... C'était notre premier séjour au Japon. Ce fut une vraie immersion!

Perfekte Landestypische Unterkunft
Pros:

Ein super netter Gastgeber.
Hat uns vom Bahnhof abgeholt und wieder hingebracht.
Jedes Mal wenn wir ihn getroffen haben, hat er uns mit Getränken versorgt.

Es war eine landestypische Unterkunft und genau das wollten wir haben.

Sehr zu empfehlen.

Vielen lieben Dank.

Wenn wir nochmal in Tokio sind kommen wir gerne wieder.

Ce lieu est superbe ! On est accueilli dans un environnement 100% japonais ! Le propriétaire fait tout pour vous mettre à l'aise. Tout plein de petites attentions adorables !
Le quartier est très pratique pour fréquenter la zone de Shinjuku ou Harajuku et autour. De plus il y a de nombreux konbini alentour.
Tout nous a plus !

Cons:

La chambre était à la bonne taille pour 2 (pas trop grandes) personnes, la salle de bain est un peu petite pour se changer. Mais l'appartement est très bien équipé !

台灣人第一次出國幸運選到這間旅宿沒的比較但交通方面不算太差

老闆親切友善會講中文對於第一次出國的台灣有遇到簡單問題都可以詢問解決。
靠近「新大久保」、「大久保」JR車站
去池袋、新宿、澀谷、三鷹等地方都很快速

Perfect room perfect owner!
Pros:

The room was impeccably perfect, with all kinds of facilities and laundry stuff. The toilet, bathroom and room were very cozy and clean, without any strange smells also it’s very quiet. Most importantly, the owner was super nice and thoughtful. Even though we only stayed for one night, he still warmly picked us up and treated us well. We will definitely stay here again next time!

Unhygienic and dirty! Misleading reviews!
Pros:

The host is very kind and collects you from the station and the property is in a good location. He gave us recommendations using translator as he doesn’t speak English and let us post our suitcases in advance. The property has a washing machine.

Cons:

Unfortunately, we had to leave this 2 night stay early to check into another hotel due to how dirty it was, losing the money as the host would not refund and blamed the cleaners. The host lives in the same building and always seems to be just outside, so I’m unsure as to why he didn’t check the condition of the bathroom. The bath was thick with dirt and there was someone else’s shaved hair on the walls- I don’t think it had been cleaned at all since the previous guest left. There was also dust on surfaces and stains on the walls. I understand this is cheap accommodation, however it was unhygienic and made us feel genuinely uncomfortable as we arrived too late to leave the first night. Really disappointing end to a perfect 3 weeks in Japan. Every other stay has been spotlessly clean. Never had to do a bad review before but want to be honest as I booked due to such high ratings and really, really regretted it and don’t want anyone to be in the same position!! Photos are to highlight why I had to give such a low review as I feel previous ratings were very misleading.

Petit appart’ idéal pour s’immerger dans le mode de vie tokyoïte. Situation idéale pour visite l’ouest de Tokyo. Métro, supérette à proximité. Le propriétaire est très serviable. Il est venue nous chercher à la gare puis nous à raccompagner. Top!

The host was super nice, the free shuttle to and from the station during arrival and departure and transport to the luggage delivery were incredibly appreciated. Especially for this price I can only recommend! The rooms are a bit small but that tends to be somewhat expected for japan.
