Pros:

Café de manhã e os funcionários são educados.

Cons:

Fronha sem trocar, aparentemente roupa de cama tbm, embora as toalhas estivesse lacrada no saco, estavam com mal cheiro, cheiro de usadas.

A hospedagem constava como confirmada, ao chegar no local, o recepcionista disse que eu não tinha reserva e que todos os quartos estavam ocupados, após minha insistencia, o mesmo verificou e viu que a reserva estava la, mas como todos os quartos estavam ocupados não pude adentrar, deixando eu e meu colega na mão sem hospedagem já perto da madrugada

Cons:

Просто депрессивный номер. Все старое, кондиционер не дует теплом, вода холодная, на стене какие-то подтеки.

Budget hotel
Pros:

The location was close to the metro station and to the city center, although the surrounding area is not great (plenty of homeless people, drug addicts etc.). The price was very good. The breakfast was OK (eggs, fruits, coffee, tea). The staff was OK. The room size was above average.

Cons:

The wifi worked poorly. The rooms need a refurbishment. Old furniture, not so clean. However, in my experience this is how cheap hotels looked in Brazil. It is also fairly noisy.

Pros:

Quarto grande e arejado, de frente para a rua. Boa localização . Rua tranquila .

Cons:

Banheiro com paredes encardidas, piso do box enpossando debaixo do chuveiro .Não tem caída para o ralo. A limpeza do quarto e do banheiro só é feita se os hóspedes solicitarem. Apareceram baratinhas no quarto e no banheiro. A camareira após limpar o quarto , deixou as luvas sujas em cima da cama. Fiquei com mto nojo ao vê-las. Elevador mto pequeno. Dá um pouco de aflição ficar dentro dele. A luz da escada é com sensor de presença e apaga rápido. Hóspedes saindo do elevador e conversando mto alto de madrugada . Wi-fi péssimo.

Muito bom tranquilo
Pros:

É um hotel simples, porém muito acolhedor, funcionários, bom café da manhã e perto de tudo, metrô, CPTM e SPTrans.
