Clean, friendly and rooms very comfortable and well equipped

All good except the power point and usb charger side bed cabinet did work
Unfortunately there wasn't the option of having the double bed standard room that we had before, instead we had to have the wheelchair adapted room. Other than that everything was great

The welcome was wonderful, and as the room had been cleaned already, I was able to check in immediately, with Emma on reception providing excellent service.
The included breakfast was great as well.
Not the hotels fault, but there was quite a large group of kids who were loud until quite late, shouting up and down the corridor and then the same in the morning, so it certainly isn't soundproof!
Staff extremely helpful
The staff were lovely, it was our anniversary and we were treated to a free drink at the bar. In the morning the table staff were willing to help us find a table as the restaurant was extremely busy.
The bed was very uncomfortable, my wife was in lots of pain the next morning, she is still in pain now.
