Location is freaking amazing! 100 meter walk to the night market, restaurants lining the entire streets outside, shops right outside too. In house actual real massage, just awesome. Another two main standouts for me were the staff professionalism and friendliness and also the food! Amazing breakfast buffet.
Rooms are spacious and comfy and the whole place is very clean. The rooftop bar was a surprise also with the best view in Old quarter-Everything else was great!

What a fantastic hotel! The location is a few minutes Night market and local market. It’s located in the Old Town, definitely the best area to stay. It’s also minutes from lots of shops, cafes, restaurants, bars etc. The staff are amongst the best I’ve experienced, they are friendly, helpful and keen to make your stay a fantastic one. Hotel had great facilities. Nothing could be better!

We spent two nights in this hotel and we received the most amazing treatment since we arrived! We got a very warm welcome with a nice drink and a smile from all the staff, we received help whenever we needed and everyone was extremely kind with us all.
The rooms were very comfortable and the breakfast choice was wide enough to satisfy our tastes. Finally i want to give an honourable mention to Jenny, the staff member who supported us since the beginning with the most contagious smile, giving us useful suggestions.

The staff was extremely attentive to our every need and our room was perfect. The breakfast bar exceeded our expectations. The selection was plentiful and accommodating to every dietary need. Thanks to all of the care provided by everyone from the front to the back of the hotel as the service was exceptional. We will come back again.

The hotel is located very close to Hoan Kiem Lake, making it extremely accessible. It's just a 5–10 minute walk to the lake and nearby popular tourist attractions. There are also convenience stores, supermarkets, which adds to the overall convenience. 2. The quality of the accommodation is outstanding. The hotel is modern, the rooms are spacious, and the bedding is very clean. Water pressure and quality are also excellent. The breakfast provided is well-prepared and satisfying. 3. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to assist guests, including helping with reservations and other needs. Highly recommended for anyone looking to stay near the night market!

The breakfast menu is clean and varied, much better than the well-known restaurants nearby. The air conditioning was not too strong, making it comfortable. The staff are friendly. The location was perfect, no need to say more. Overall, for our family, it was the best hotel in every aspect while being reasonably priced.

The location was perfect - I could walk to most things I wanted to get to and it’s a bit tucked away so quieter at night which was great! The room was clean and had ample space since it was just me. Also, the included breakfast was great and more than I expected. Lastly, I have to mention the staff! Jenny who helped with my check-in/ check-out was great and James who helped me book a last minute day cruise to Ha Long Bay was SO helpful! Would absolutely recommend this place and would stay here again if back in Ha Noi.

The accommodation is excellent for the price. The staff's service is also friendly, and despite having a schedule to leave for Sapa the next day and being unable to have breakfast, they kindly prepared a take-out for me. I didn't get to use many of the amenities, but everything I experienced, from the welcome drink to the room condition, remains a good memory.

Good location in the old quarter and it is quite at night, away from the noisy traffic at Hanoi. Massage service arranged by the Hotel is very satisfactory. Breakfast is delicious. Staffs are all well trained, polite and helpful.

I stayed for 2 nights in Hanoi for sightseeing. The facilities were new, and the cleaning was thorough, allowing for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was included, and I didn't have high expectations, but there were many options available, and it was very delicious. Hoan Kiem Lake and the old town were within walking distance, which was convenient.

This stay experience was very satisfying! The hotel environment is clean and comfortable, the room design is modern and well-equipped, and the bedding is soft for a good night's sleep. The staff provided warm and attentive service, and the check-in and check-out processes were efficient. The breakfast had a wide variety and tasted good. The location is convenient with accessible transportation nearby. Overall, it offers great value for money, and I will choose this place again next time. Highly recommended!
