Perfect Hanoi Hotel!
Pros:

My husband and I arrived for just a one night stay at the Lheritage hotel, but would love to stay again. The hotel was the most beautiful one I’ve ever stayed in, with a spa, a bakery, a gym, and restaurant, but what truly makes this hotel amazing is the staff. They are so knowledgeable & welcoming. They made sure to make us feel at home. Thanks Lheritage Hotel!!

Excellent hotel location in Old Quarter!
Pros:

Looking for a hotel in the Old Quarter Hanoi, the Lheritage Hotel is an excellent choice.
Great rooms, very comfortable. The hotel has a gym and spa. Breakfast and dinner are great and convenient if you don’t want to go out. Service is hands down the best!
Outside of having a beautiful hotel with all the things you want in a stay, the service makes the stay more enjoyable and you won’t go wrong in choosing the Lheritage Hotel!

Exceptional !!!
Pros:

We travelled with our family of 9 people with young kids. The rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are super nice and helpful. Location was great. We had a great experience here.

A beautiful boutique hotel in the Old Quarter. Close to everything. Rooms are a little small, but very comfortable. Staff were amazing. Great choice!

Great location with variety of restaurants, value for money!
Pros:

The hospitality from L'hertiage was way more than excellent. They made us feel welcome from the very start to the end of our stay. We really miss the team very much. Location is great as well. Very near to the night markets, lake and good food!! Will highly recommend it to everyone. We will be back without a doubt.

Pros:

Het onbijt de locatie en het personeel en de kamer prima en erg schoon

Cons:

We hadden 2 kamers geboekt en op beide kamers deed de airco het matig waardoor het niet echt koel werd (schatting 24/ 25 graden). Het is aangegeven bij het hotel maar was lastig direct op te lossen. (Daarom een 8 en geen 9)

“Fabulous hotel”
Pros:

The bed and the pillows were great and constant hot water which is a massive bonus! Separate shower and toilet which is great. Free tea and coffee and water. We had a room with inside windows which was perfect as the hotel was on a busy street but we couldn’t hear a thing. It was lovely. Breakfast was great, good selection of vegetarian options. Friendly staff. Overall a nice hotel, good location and comfy bed

Best hotel location and service !
Pros:

We would highly recommend this hotel! The location could not be better - It was very convenient to be in the heart of the Old Quarter, but our room was still very quiet and comfortable. A highlight was the very kind and friendly staff! They were always so helpful, especially James who recognized us even after we’d left Hanoi for a week and then returned. It was so reassuring to have such a friendly face to help us out in the chaos of Hanoi!

Pros:

I stayed Lheritage Hotel in Apr 2026, every staff member is there to make your stay better. The breakfast will absolutely blow your mind. If you need anything from recommendations to extra towels, every single person there will go above and beyond to help. I wish we could have stayed more days! The location is amazing right in the heart of the Old quarter. I usually like staying at different/new hotels, but when we return to Hanoi we will be staying here every time. WILDLY impressed!

A lovely stay in the old quarter !
Pros:

The facilities are clean, and the staff is friendly. Major tourist attractions are very close and convenient. The breakfast is of course excellent. I would like to stay here again in Hanoi next time. They also upgraded my room for free, and I am able to relax comfortably with a late check-out.
