Pros:

Nice ,clean room, well presented dinner, friendly staff. Perfect location for us, 5 minutes drive from bus station.

Cons:

Missing chairs on balcony...and they said, that breakfast is served from 7 am , but nothing was ready, juice we got at 7.25 am and for food was unfortunately not time for us....

L'accueil du personnel, le climat et le calme

Le petit déjeuner est servi individuellement donc il n y avait pas de buffet et un simple café noir était considéré comme extra

Amazing stay in a stunning mountain setting with excellent service, beautiful facilities, and outstanding hospitality. ⭐
Pros:

The hotel is located in a beautiful setting surrounded by mountains. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and offered a gorgeous view. The swimming pool is truly a masterpiece and one of the highlights of the property. The staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Special thanks to Widad, Mohammed (the director), and the cleaning team for their professionalism and kindness. We especially appreciated how quickly and professionally the director intervened to resolve a small issue and ensure our stay remained enjoyable.

Cons:

There was a small incident with the restaurant team, but it was handled immediately and professionally by the director. Apart from that, nothing significant to criticize.

I extremely don't recommend to any one

Nothing by all means

Cons:

Simply the hotel for 2 days have no water, yes exactly no water, you cant even use the toilet for several hours. My booking was for 3 days, but I have to cancel the 3rd day and leave the city to avoid the miserable stay in this hotel.
The reception was very unprofessional and when we severally called asking about water to use the bathroom 🚻 🙄, the answer was its not our problem you can complain to the government of the city..

Comfortabel modern hotel langs route
Pros:

Comfortabel modern hotel met zwembad , fijn restaurant , vriendelijk personeel . Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding .
We hadden half pensioen geboekt , je kon van de kaart kiezen in het restaurant
