Es war gut aber nicht hervorragend, das Hotel ist eher für Menschen ü40 gedacht.
Pros:

Das Personal war extrem freundlich.
Sauberkeit ist vorhanden.
Essen war sehr gut.
Abendprogramm war überwiegend gut.
Personal hilfsbereit.
Zimmer sauber.

Cons:

Das Personal hat überwiegend falsche Bestellungen gebracht. Leider ist die Kommunikation mit denen schwer, bzw. die sind sehr nett haben aber keine Zeit die Bestellung richtig aufzunehmen weil es schnell gehen muss. Es ist zwar Adult only aber das Hotel ist eher auf Menschen älteren Alters eingestellt. (Ü40)

Minden tökéletes volt.A szállás közel az óvároshoz,rendkívül tiszta.Köszönet illeti a személyzetet,figyelmességükkel,kedvességükkel családias légkört teremtettek.Az ellátás,reggeli,ebéd,vacsora rendkívül finom és változatos volt.A párom ott töltötte a születésnapját,ebben a szállodában még erre is figyeltek,ajándékkal köszöntötték,amit személyesen adtak át a szobában.A takarító minden nap ötletes figurákkal lepett meg minket.Minden adott volt,hogy jól érezzük magunkat.Visszamegyünk,ajánlom.

Wspaniały, nowoczesny hotel z dobrze zorganizowaną obsługą i serwisem, przyjaznym i uprzejmym personelem. Szczególne słowa uznania dla pani, która sprzątała pokój 502 - perfekcyjna czystość i komfort, codzienna wymiana ręczników, zapas wody w lodówce i herbatek na aneksie kuchennym! Jedzenie smaczne, dużo ryb i warzyw, grill przepyszny, ayran smakuje wyśmienicie, znajdziesz wszystko, czego dusza zapragnie. Kelnerzy są mili i uśmiechnięci, pytają o życzenia i preferencje, Odi zawsze mówił nam "smacznego" w j. Polskim. Piękna okolica, 5 minut do prywatnej plaży, 5 minut do bazarku obok.
Personel hotelu złożył mi życzenia urodzinowe, była to bardzo miła niespodzianka! po powrocie z plaży! Wyjazd z hotelu był o 5 rano, dostaliśmy breakfast boxes na drogę. Hotel naprawdę dba o swoich gości; na pewno wrócimy. Polecam!

Отель относительно новый, 3 года. Что радует - держат марку. Персонал, питание, чистота всё на уровне. Были в этом отеле уже четвёртый раз, всё хорошо.

Laba ēdienu izvēle, laipns un atsaucīgs personāls īpaši darbinieks Oguzhan ēdamzālē, kurš bija ļoti pieklājīgs un korekts. Viesnīca ir tīra, atrodas netālu no pludmales.

Отличный отдых на море
Pros:

Отличное расположение! Три минуты до пляжа с лежаками и зонтиками, минут пятнадцать пешком до старого Сиде, где античные развалины, бары и магазинчики. Вкусно кормят (есть можно почти беспрерывно). Чисто, приветливый и вежливый персонал.
Приехали лежать на пляже, так что был важен и пляж и номер. Пляж обустроен очень хорошо.
Номер вообще превзошел ожидания. Большой, чистый. Удобный матрас (для людей с больной спиной очень важно). Ванная, сама комната хорошо обустроены. Уборка хорошая., полотенца каждый день меняли Отдельное удовольствие - небольшой бассейн на три номера (для данного типа номеров), в который можно нырять прямо с балкона (по сути - террасы). Вечером на бортике можно и позагорать (солнце как раз падает на него).

Vriendelijk personeel, eten en drankjes top!

Cons:

Grootste ergernis zijn de gasten die al in de vroege ochtend handdoeken op ligbedjes leggen en zo de hele dag een ligbed claimen. Hier moet echt op toegezien worden.

Rent & fräsch! Personalen är fantastiskt och väldigt hjälpsam. Vi anlände till hotellet 02.30 på natten och personalen tog emot oss med nattamat.

Highly recommend
Pros:

Sea view room. Very clean. Great breeze with balcony door open. Music great all day and evening entertainment ended at a reasonable time.

Bülent on reception was lovely. Zeynep worked hard. All staff were extremely professional.

Food was amazing and beautifully presented always. Good areas are cordoned off for non smokers. Street car parking available where you find it and ATM close by (1 minute walk). Medical nurse on site.

Cons:

Guests putting towels down on sunbeds reserving to come back later.

The Spa salon in the hotel is a separate business. Change room area only had a shower and hair dryer. It could do with some upgrading as it's nothing special.Take a change of underwear. We felt it was a rushed service. I didn't like being asked immediately after coming out of the change room at the end if I wanted to re-book. Research online before making a reservation to see if it is good value.

Много приятен престой и почивка.
Pros:

Комфорт,чистота, вкусна храна.Много любезен персонал. Локацията не е на плажа, но на близо и приятно разстояние от плажа.

Cons:

На плажа шезлонгите са буквално залепени един за друг, което за мен не е комфортно.Но това не зависи от хотела,предполагам.Бих препоръчала повече активност и креативност на аниматорките, има какво да се желае.Това за нашата група е слабото място на хотела.
