Pros:

The location was amazing and the air conditions was very effective.

Cons:

We stayed for 6 days and our room wasn’t cleaned nor were our towels replaced. We also didn’t see a member of staff the whole time we were there.

The price is ok, the room is large and has a tv, shower separated from toilet.

Cons:

Both Head lamps dont work, the wifi is weak, the head shower is clogged, there is active instruction next door.

A good place to stay near the old City
Pros:

This is a very nice place. It is located close enough to the Tha Phae gate but far enough away that you don’t hear all the noise.

La literie était très confortable et la Clim marchait bien.

Cons:

Il n’y avait jamais personne à l’accueil… même si le personnel a été cordiale à notre arrivée. Cela donne l’impression d’un hôtel fantôme c’est dommage car il est bien situé. La salle de bain était correcte même si il y avait quelques odeurs desagreables qui émanaient des égouts.

AMAZING HOTEL
Pros:

The room far exceeded our expectations. The bed was comfortable and clean, and bathroom was spacious, clean and best I've had in Laos. Price was fantastic too but best part was the staff who were so kind and accomodating!
