Pros:

駅が近い。
コンビニが近い。
女性外国人スタッフが感じの良い人でした。
清潔。
１号室は部屋に洗面台がある。そして部屋は
広い。

Cons:

１号室はエントランスの外の部屋なのでトイレやシャワー利用の際に一旦外(エレベーターホール)に出ないといけないので着替えやタオルをそのまま持ってると、ちょっとドキドキすると思う。何かしら籠か手提げ袋みたいなのが部屋にあればありがたい。
朝は始発の電車の音が良く聞こえますw

コスパ◎
Pros:

建物自体は古いため、エレベーターまでもだいぶ古く感じたが、女性専用のシャワースペース等、室内は非常に綺麗で嫌に感じる点はなかった。
スタッフの方も丁寧に優しく説明してくださり、快適に過ごせた。

Cons:

女性2名で同時にシャワーを浴びたため、
女性専用ではない方を利用したが、女性専用と給湯ボタンが違い、
お湯の温度がそこまで上がらず少し寒く感じた。

マンションの1部屋の中に、部屋が分かれて存在しているので、
玄関を入った後の各扉が分厚くはなく、共有部に流れている音楽が部屋の中に聞こえてくるくらいではあった。
(幸いテレビからだったため音量を下げれた)
