The staff. This hotel has wonderful staff. Very welcoming and very polite. Made us feel comfortable. The location is great. Like a 5 min walk to the start of Mall Road.
The beds are like sleeping on Iron. I guess to be honest you get what you pay for. The hotel can do with a bit of paint and a little make over.
location was great and our room had a great view. the staff was really great. the food was not bad.
the room looked bigger in the photos on booking.com. but otherwise we were happy with our room and the view. great location too.
It’s in a good location near mall road. The staff are pleasant. Clean. Quite cold in the room but nice thick blanket provided.

This hotel is difficult to like for the price they charged.
Almost everything about the hotel was abysmal, the location is far away from the main area of darjeeling, the rooms, the location of the rooms, the rooms weren't properly isolated you can literally hear what's going on in the other rooms, the bathrooms were bad. And i write these things even after getting an upgrade to a super deluxe room, the normal rooms were even worse.
Location is good - very close to the mall.

Did not like being locked in (felt
like a prison) when checking out. Only used heater for 1 night and security guard wanted to charge me for two nights. Only after he called his boss I was able to pay one night for heater. A bit pricey at 400 IDR. Overall, Insisting the heater was two nights, not having proper change, expensive heater costs, and being locked in checking out in the morning is not a good experience. Overall terrible customer service.

since it is cold in winter. the room should be equipped with slippers
