Pros:

The room was clean, comfortable and the staff were responsive and helpful. Location was in the city suburb, close to shops and a number of good restaurants and facilities which made our stay very comfortable.
There was a multi cuisine restaurant in the premises which provided a good choice of vegetarian and non-vegetarian food at surprisingly affordable rates. Overall a very satisfying stay.

Stayed since Thursday Morning at 7.30 AM onwards and checked out on Saturday 11 AM. Till such time, the room was not cleaned even once, no milk powder, no coffee.or tea sachets, even drinking water was not provided. Toilets weren't cleaned even once.
