Cons:

Phòng nhận không hề dọn trước khi khách đến.
Phòng hôi móc cực kì.
Khách sạn đến nỗi 1 chay nước cũng không có
Nói tới ông chủ mới đem nước tới
Quản lý khách sạn vô cùng kì cục
Đến dọn phòng cũng không báo cho khách. Khi đó khách vẫn còn đang ở phòng
Ở biệt thự thua ở mấy khách sạn bình dân
Mất điện suốt
Trong khi khách đang ở thì kêu thợ lại làm sân. Ồn ào ảnh hưởng tới không gian nghỉ ngơi
Kì nghĩ của gia đình thật tồi tệ

Private and Peaceful
Pros:

It's so quiet! Set among acres of Dalat Pines, with a few other surrounding private homes, it is private and peaceful, yet a short walk to shops and cafes, 50 Dong to the city by taxi.
Our room was a budget one, but had everything we needed, plus big windows and a little balcony. You can sit on the deck or in the garden as well, and feel like you are miles from anywhere.
Huy, the main staff member, was incredibly helpful with so many things we asked him, and speaks good English, as a bonus.

Not a decent place for a quiet good night sleep.
Pros:

The hotel is located in a very quiet area surrounding by greens. Staff are lovely and helpful.

Cons:

Sound proof is ZERO here. Others walking in the hallway, talking downstairs, opening their doors, opening a water tap can be heard clearly in the room. If you want a good night sleep, this hotel is a definite no.

There was no towel in the room. the chair is not clean enough for sitting. Mouldy walls.
