Cons:

Zeer teleurstellend verblijf – absoluut geen 4 sterren waard.

De enige plus is de mooie locatie. Voor de rest was ons verblijf een grote teleurstelling.
Bij aankomst werden we ontvangen door een uiterst onvriendelijke en arrogante dame bij de receptie. Gastvrijheid was ver te zoeken.

De badkamer was ronduit vies. De voegen zaten vol schimmel en vuil en ook het plafond was smerig. Dit is onacceptabel voor een hotel in deze prijsklasse.

Tijdens ons verblijf van 2 nachten is de kamer geen enkele keer schoongemaakt. Er werden geen schone handdoeken gebracht, het toiletpapier werd niet aangevuld en de douchegel/zeep was op en werd niet bijgevuld.
Toen we dit meldden bij de receptie, werden we opnieuw geholpen door dezelfde arrogante medewerkster. Er kwam geen excuus of begrip. De gevraagde spullen werden letterlijk in onze handen geduwd, zonder enige vorm van klantvriendelijkheid.

Een hotel waar hygiëne, service en gastvrijheid zo tekortschieten, kan ik helaas niet aanbevelen. De foto's spreken voor zich. Erg jammer, want de locatie is prachtig. Helaas wegen de slechte service en de vieze kamer daar absoluut niet tegenop.

Mooie locatie midden in de stad. We waren op doortocht dus maar 1 nachtje verbleven. Wel wat gedateerd allemaal, wel schoon.

Gute Lage, Fassade verspricht aber mehr als das Zimmer halten kann.
Pros:

Das Gebäude und die Lage sind beeindruckend. Auch die Lobby gab was her. Unser Zimmer und Bad waren dem nicht gewachsen; einfacher Standard. Stimmt aber mit dem bezahlten Preis.

Cons:

Ist in die Jahre gekommen, für eine Nacht geht’s aber problemlos.

Goede tussenstop met ruime familiekamer
Pros:

Centraal gelegen. Goede tussenstop als je op reis bent richting Italië. Ruime familiekamer met twee grote tweepersoonsbedden. Overdekte parkeergarage (onbewaakt)

Cons:

De badkamer was enigszins gedateerd maar verder prima en wel schoon.
