また泊まってみたいと思ったホテルでした。
Pros:

落ち着いた住宅街の中にあって周辺環境は良かった。中野五差路の方まで300mくらい坂を降りていくと、定食屋や居酒屋、焼き鳥屋、ファーストフード、ファミレスなどあり、便利だった。トイレの温水洗浄便座とユニットバスは「ナショナル」製。昭和時代のものと思われるが、メンテナンスが行き届いているのか、清潔に維持されてた。朝食も、いまのご時世で¥500でそれなりの朝食がいただけたのは、よかった。朝食は、前日の21時までに申し込んで支払っておくと準備してもらえるというシステムだった。

Cons:

地下1階のフロントまで階段を降りてチェックイン。上の階にエレベーターで移動して、エレベーターを降りて入り口のドアを開けて靴を脱いで、靴を持って自分の部屋まで行き、カードキーで入室するという、かなり変則的な造りのホテルでした。入り口のドアの横の部屋だったので、宿泊客が出入りする時のドアの開け閉めの音が少し気になった。
モーニングコールをフロントにお願いしたが、連泊した２日ともモーニングコールはなかった。自力で起きれたので実害はなかったですが、ちょっとびっくりした。

都内一人暮らし感
Pros:

照明や清潔感　フロントのサービス　アメニティ
ベッドやバストイレなど　雰囲気も良かった

洗面台前に椅子が欲しかったです

Very good
Pros:

It is an ideal place for a day or 2 but no longer than that. They allowed me to check in a few hours before the regular check-in time for an additional fee.

Cons:

The room is super small , you can barely move around. The hotel is about 800 meters from the train station, so you either need to walk , take a bus or catch a taxi.
