Great staff, location and breakfast buffet. Not great for HSP with chemical sensitivities.
Pros:

I was able to find good that worked for my sensitive stomach, like hard boiled eggs. The buffet offered many options to a variety of visitors.
The location was ideal.

Cons:

In my room there was a water kettle and cups. Unfortunately, I could smell the taste the coffee that was made by previous guests. I found it offensive as I'm strictly a tea drinker and do not enjoy the taste or smell of coffee.
I also picked up a perfume scent that seemed to be coming out of the air vents. I ended up with a dry cough due to allergens.

It was very comfortable, spacious, great breakfast, not far from most things, friendly staff and cheap easy parking

Cons:

Affordable food options once the market shut seemed a little limited but maybe we didn't explore enough

Beautiful garden nice, comfortable and quiet rooms.

Cons:

A disappointment was the lack of any comfortable public space to relax. Apart from our room and the often busy lobby, there was nowhere to sit quietly, read a book, or unwind after a day of sightseeing. The hotel has several attractive outdoor tables overlooking the garden, which would have been perfect for enjoying a drink and relaxing. However, guests were not permitted to use these tables unless they were ordering a meal. We found it surprising and disappointing that hotel guests could not simply sit there with a drink and enjoy the surroundings.

Amazing room, great breakfast.
Pros:

Amazing breakfast buffet. The shower and bath being in a separate room. The refreshments in the room included in the cost of the room. Having the shades/drapes to adjust the amount of lighting in the room.

Cons:

The view from my room was not great. I couldn't figure out how to turn out the entryway light without turning off all the lights in the room.

I would return to this hotel again if I visit Kanazawa in the future.
Pros:

Beautiful garden, very clean room, very nice breakfast. It is located conveniently to a lot of attractions. Staff was very helpful, thoughtful.
