従業員は良かった。しかし、部屋が狭すぎた！

駅に近かった

Cons:

クイーンサイズのベッドの割に部屋が狭く、窓際に寝た僕は、例えばトイレに服のみベッドからでるのに苦労した。クイーンサイズのベッドは両脇からでれるように配置すべきだ。

De ligging is perfect, maar het hotel zelf is oubollig. Bovendien is de kamer relatief klein in vergelijking met andere hotels die we hebben gehad.

Camera spaziosa, accogliente ed elegante.
Posizione eccellente, a due passi dalla stazione di Ueno (che collega tutta Tokyo e l’aeroporto di Narita) e dalla vivace Ameyoko, dove si possono trovare diversi ristoranti e konbini tipici.
Staff cordiale, premuroso e disponibile: hanno organizzato la spedizione dei bagagli.
Pulizia ottima: la stanza è sistemata e pulita giornalmente.
Sicurezza top: nella notte del 23 agosto 2026, a seguito di un terremoto, l’hotel ha trasmesso molteplici annunci riguardanti linee guida, informazioni generali e gli ultimi sviluppi, oltre che accertarsi della sicurezza dell’edificio.

Cette chaine hôtel " Mitsui Garden Hotel" nous facture à chaque séjour le petit déjeuner en plus pour une personne supplémentaire. Alors que les petits déjeuner sont compris dans le montant que nous avons réserver et payer sur booking.com. ET surtout celui de " Mitsui Garden Hotel de Ueno" , non seulement nous facture 3 petits déjeuner pour une personne supplémentaire et en plus le petit déjeuner n'a pas grandes choses à manger et tous les jours, exactement les memes choses. Autrement, nous avons 2 chambres strictement identique et l'hôtel nous facture une chambre plus chère de 7250 Yen en plus par rapport à l'autre chambre qui est vraiment de même configuration. Nous avons voyager un peu partout dans le monde, cette chaine hôtel propose les petits déjeuner le plus pire de tous les hôtels que nous avons pris avec booking.com dans le monde entier.
