The front desk is located on the 4th floor and is open Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 16:00.

Check-in from Monday to Friday is available between 14:00 and 16:00.

On Saturdays and Sundays, self check-in is available after 14:00, and payment will also be arranged directly with the host.

È come se non prenotaste con Booking, per la struttura non conta
Pros:

La posizione abbastanza centrale, la stanza grande

Cons:

Il gestore utilizza booking solo ed esclusivamente come prenotazione, per il resto fa riferimento solo a quello che ti scrive su whatsapp per cui le informazioni che sono scritte su Booking per loro non contano. Per esempio il pagamento avviene tramite link macedone, cosa non prevista da Booking per cui abbiamo anche dovuto contattare l’assistenza clienti per accertarci che fosse lecito in quanto Booking disincentiva a fare questi pagamenti tramite link e tramite whatsapp, facendoci sospettare di un tentativo di phishing. Alla nostra richiesta di pagare in loco o con la carta collegata a Booking ci è stato detto che non fosse possibile in quanto arrivavamo dopo le 18.00 e se non avessimo effettuato quel pagamento tramite quel link non ci avrebbero fatto entrare in stanza. Altro esempio, su booking c’è scritto che il check-out è fino alle 11.30 ma loro sostengono che non fosse vero e che fosse un errore di Booking ma il check out è alle 10.00 come scritto da loro su whatsapp, cacciandoci dalla stanza.

Hotel limpio, agradable. Trabajadores muy amables.
Pros:

La amabilidad de los trabajadores de recepción. En especial de la señora que nos atendió al llegar (creo que su nombre era Susan, encantadora).

Cons:

Nada. Todo estaba perfecto.

Cons:

Sigara içilen alan yok otel bir iş merkezinin 4.katına kurulmuş otele benzemiyor rezidans gibi .. Banyoları büyük fakat terlik yok, türkler için klozetin yanında musluk yok cafe alanında kahve ve siyah çay yoktu

Ich war nicht da. Meiner Buchung wurde bestätigt, aber erst nachdem ich eine Frage gestellt hatte wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass alles ausgebucht ist und die Buchung storniert wurde.
