Bella stanza, peccato tutto funzioni solo da remoto

All’arrivo (durante l’orario di check-in specificato su booking), nessuno ha risposto al citofono. Solo dopo aver citofonato più volte ed infine chiamato mi è arrivato un messaggio whatsapp con le informazioni per entrare. Per quanto riguarda la colazione (uno dei motivi per cui abbiamo scelto questo B&B), non l’abbiamo potuta fare poiché non la servono prima delle 8.00. Ho chiesto la cortesia di poter avere almeno un caffè e qualcosa da mangiare alle 7/7.30, poiché il mio autobus partiva alle 8.00 mi è stato risposto che era difficile ma avrebbero fatto il possibile, e mi avrebbero fatto sapere. La mattina non c’era nessuno a cui chiedere la colazione e, la cosa più fastidiosa, nessuno ci ha scritto per comunicarci che non era possibile averla. Per ironia, diversamente dai servizi inclusi nella stanza, la macchina del caffè non c’era.

La posizione ottima, alloggio fantastico, mi sono sentita accolta, staff gentilissimo, pulizia ottima, ci siamo trovati benissimo.

Cons:

Migliorerei forse un po' la qualità della colazione, unica piccola pecca.
