Aims for luxury but falls short
Pros:

Good breakfast. Room had some nicer amenities, like senbei and bottled water. It is directly connected to the train station.

Cons:

Room was grimy and not thoroughly cleaned. There were stray hairs hidden in corners, the bathroom was not fully cleaned... also found a few hairs on the bedspread. It made the luxury branding of the hotel feel chintzy. Grossly overpriced for what it is. The hotel also offers many medical beauty treatments (including those that use IVs), and I would have no confidence in their administration given the dirtiness of the rooms.

駅からのアクセス、温泉などの設備は申し分ないです。レストランの朝食の内容も良かったですし、夜のバーも地元産のワインを味わえるなど充実していました。機会あったらまた滞在したいです。

A GREAT PLACE YO RELAX

This was a quality hotel, the breakfast buffet was amazing. We were only in Aomori for 1 evening, but could happily spent a much longer time in this hotel

Geweldig hotel op uitstekende locatie in Aomori
Pros:

De kamers waren schoon, comfortabel en smaakvol ingericht. Het bad was heerlijk om in te ontspannen na een lange dag wandelen. Heel stil. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Gunstige ligging met directe toegang tot station Aomori.

Wonderful stay in Aomori
Pros:

Wonderful place to stay in lovely Aomori. The public onsen was so great and we really enjoyed the art display corridor, lounge area, city views and complimentary refreshments.

The hotel is very convenient, directly connected to the station and close to everything. We did not get to try the classes on offer but they looked excellent.

The room was very comfortable with a good bed, shower, toiletries, tea set and indoor clothes and shoes for the onsen. We would definitely stay here again next time.

Pros:

It so convenient and comfortable. BF super good. Onsen good even is public sharing. Also has a blue lounge is free entry, free flow of drink and snacks. We use the spa , the staffs service fantastic but massage only average. Shuttle bus to airport only within few minutes walk. Yoga session must go if time allow.

Location was excellent very to all in-town attractions.

Cons:

Onsen was plush but a bit lacking for a health spa...no jacuzzi, no dedicated lounge etc... but otherwise all good.

Good location, decent, clean and tidy.
Pros:

The breakfast is fine. Not too particular. The eggs were disappointing. Without salt, tasted less good. Not even had usual omelet. Too much emphasis on "healthy" and thus compromised on taste. Therefore, I had no intention to try their dinner.

Cons:

The place is tidy and clean, comfortable. The location is spectacular. The room was a bit small. The public bath was very good. The staffs all very nice. The "wellness centre" was an overkill, offering "free" yoga classes/ "medical services" that have minimal business, but sucked up lots of expenditure I guess. That's why the breakfast and other services were compromised. One thing to note is during the earthquake, the announcement were all in Japanese! and no English! That made me very nervous. Of course, there is not an earthquake everyday.
