地理位置很方便, 樓下就是LOVINA,藥妝和車站. 服務人員很親切, 有次序引導check in. 一進房間整個驚艷, 極舒適的淺色系和大空間, 洗手間沒有門檻, 窗戶看到外面街景. 早餐營養豐富, 難忘好吃的蜂蜜. 溫泉有蘋果湯, 超棒！一早和晚上在lounge 吃點心喝飲料看美景, 真放鬆!

네뷰타 뮤지엄도 길건너편에 위치 나의 평점 5/5이상

3. 일식조식을 예상했는데 프랑스식 음식이 나왔어요
그런데 아주 좋았어요. 역시 일본식 양식은 너무 맛있습니다. 멋도 부리고. 나의 평점 5/5

飯店香氛很高級，令人感覺舒適；地點便利，與車站、百貨在一個共構體中，行動方便。可惜在6月25日早上遇到地震，飯店廣播兩次，卻都只有日文廣播沒有英文，對於不懂日文的人來說，遇到危險無法知道飯店的緊急應變措施。

Wir hatten einen phänomenalen Aufenthalt im Relabo, welches vom Aomori Bahnhof einen direkten Zugang via Lift hat. Unser Zimmer hatte eine wunderbare Aussicht auf die Aomori Bay Bridge und das Meer.
Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht.
Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr vielseitig und hatte sowohl einen westlichen als auch einen japanischen Touch, was wir sehr gut fanden.
Wenn man das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis miteinberechnet ist dieses Hotel unschlagbar gut.
Wir würden es jedem weiterempfehlen.

Cons:

Einziges Manko, wobei wir hier ein Stück weit selber schuld waren: Wir haben den Wäscheservice in Anspruch genommen, den man getrost als Luxus-Wäscheservice bezeichnen kann. Die Wäschestücke wurden einzeln abgepackt retourniert. Dafür haben wir für einen gefüllten Wäschesack rund 12'000 Yen bezahlt, was im Vergleich zum Self Service natürlich ein riesiger Betrag ist.
Beim Ausfüllen des Formulars wäre dies im unteren Teil gestanden (Preis pro jeweiliges Kleidungsstück). Das Hotel könnte in Zukunft aber vielleicht besser auf den Preis aufmerksam machen.
