地理位置滿分，去新青森搭新幹線也很方便！
Pros:

住宿地點非常完美，房間落地窗的景色也非常棒，blue zone 長時間供應飲料（蘋果汁、咖啡及茶水）、零食（糖果、餅乾及玉米棒）還有新鮮蘋果片，晚上提供啤酒，早上有當日smoothie 可以取用，lounge 外有一個平台可以走出去直接欣賞景色（面向A-factory 那側）。
女湯有蘋果浮在水面，很可愛，浴場及房間內設備、備品都看得出來飯店的用心。

體感上電梯不曉得為什麼都等蠻久的。

Pros:

신상호텔이라 좋았습니다. 조식이 수준급이어서 더욱 좋았습니다. 6월25일 7.1지진때 호텔에 머물고 있었기에 이 호텔은 더더욱 잊을 수 없는 호텔이 되었습니다.

Cons:

라운지가 참 좋았는데, 특정 국가 고객들이 몰려와서 자리 맡고 큰 소리로 떠들고 음식을 마구잡이로 쓸어가서 바로 나와버렸습니다. 요즘은 어딜가나 보이는 국가 사람들이라 피하기도 쉽지 않네요 ㅠㅠㅠ

Great rooms,amazing location, excellent staff. The hotel helped us a lot by sending us something we left in the room by mistake. We will definitely return to this hotel if we will be back in Aomori.

I loved the yoga lesson! Stay was short but very enjoyable!

Pros:

The breakfast is exceptionally good, the decor and design are thoughtful and attractive, and the staff are courteous and efficient. The free "enrichment" offerings are great. Conveniently located right inside the JR Station complex.
