Une super adresse simple et bien située
Pros:

Le personnel adorable, la localisation, la terrasse, la chambre simple et confortable, le café et l’eau à volonté , un très bon rapport qualité prix !

Localisation parfaite.
Petite terrasse très agréable pour voir la vue, manger et fumer.

Cons:

La chambre était très vétuste et la propreté laissait à désirer.

L'insonorisation était très mauvaise : nous entendions absolument tout. Il était même possible de suivre les conversations des occupants de la chambre voisine et d'entendre lorsqu'ils prenaient leur douche.

Enfin, la literie était très inconfortable. En deux nuits passées dans cet hôtel, nous avons très peu dormi à cause du matelas, qui était particulièrement inconfortable.

Excellent location and friendly, responsive staff. Be prepared for the 3 story climb daily (porter was not available when we arrived to help with our luggage). Be sure not to get one of the two front rooms at the top of the staircase! You hear everyone coming in all hours of the night and conversations at the front desk. Coffee, juice, and snacks provided throughout the day were an unexpected surprise.

Nice location but less than 3 stars hotel experience
Pros:

The location was very near the duomo, and the Italian guy at the reception he was helpful and informative .
There is a small terrace area with an amazing view to the duomo, perfect for a little colder evening, but difficult very narrow stairs to it.

Cons:

1- wasn't aware that the hotel rooms are on the 3rd floor of a very old building without any elevators
2- the air-conditioning unit made a water accident that costed us to change the room and lose a sweater due to very big stain.
3- the toilet despite the renovation, it stinks of sewage smell.
4- the flush in the new room works 50% or less.
5- thin walls that makes you everything especially when there were noisy guests late in the evening and in the middle of the night

Exente zona me encantó el personal muy amable y todo muy céntrico me hubiese gustado que el baño fuera un poco más moderno porque el agua al bañarse se salía un poco pero la habitación excelente es lo único que vi fuera de lugar por lo de las lo recomiendo

Gran hotel en una buena ubicación
Pros:

Personal muy amable y servicial en una gran ubicación céntrica. A destacar una terraza con vistas increíbles, el café y el agua gratuitos e ilimitados y el descanso en la habitación.

Cons:

Hay que subir a un tercer piso sin ascensor y el hotel necesita alguna reforma para estar al día. Especialmente con el aire acondicionado, que en plena ola de calor le faltaba algo de 'punch'.
