Pros:

Great location, easy, check-in, great coffee machine rooftop with amazing views. Right across the street from the La Giostra, which is a delicious restaurant.

Great location, lovely roof terrace but accessability is tricky
Pros:

lovely staff, great central location and free coffee / crossiant offered for breakfast

Cons:

didn't realist that there were so many stairs to get up to the accommodation (60+) with no lift. It's an old building so understandable but wish this had been made clearer.

Pros:

Excelente ubicación. El personal extraordinario. Muy amables y simpáticos. Siempre dispuestos a ayudar
La pieza muy cómoda, muy limpio. No tienen servicio de comidas pero si cafe, te agua y jugos ademas de galletas a libre disposición
Realmente muy bueno
Tiene una linda terraza com vista al Duomo

Great little hotel in a convenient location with added bonus of a roof terrace
Pros:

Lovely hotel in a great location. Roof terrace was small but lovely views and although it had no bar, you were allowed to take your own drinks etc up. Fantastic quiet spot to watch the sun set.

Cons:

Our room was right beside reception so you could hear people coming and going. It didn't bother us too much as we were up and out early and we slept soundly at night.

Pros:

Everything was perfect. The location is so central, our room was quiet. There are steps but...your in ITALY! Many buildings don't have elevators. The staff offered to carry luggage upon arrival and departure. The room itself was so clean, spacious enough for what we needed. Our room seemed recently updated as well. The staff was very helpful and gave us great recommendations. Loved our stay.

Sécuritaire, personnel ultra gentil, chambre très propre, lit confortable, emplacement proche de tout à pieds, la terrasse sur le toit de l’hôtel: vue extraordinaire sur la ville!!

Cons:

Ça n’a rien à voir avec l’hôtel mais comme j’avais une chambre sur la rue et qu’il y a 3 bars, c’était très bruyant jusqu’à 2h du matin! Perturbe beaucoup le sommeil, malheureusement! Il faut demander une chambre vite intérieure!

A great place to stay overnight. Close to the city center. The staff were very kind and friendly. There was free juice, coffee, tea, and water available. There were always croissants and cookies in the kitchen. There was also an opportunity to go up to the rooftop terrace. Everything was clean. I highly recommend this accommodation!❤️
