Colores de la habitación, cama y cojines

Cons:

Es un lugar extremadamente sucio, en el pasillo se puede oler, olor de pipi, me cayó algo y para recogerlo me agache y encontré comida vieja de bajo de los muebles y debajo de la cama, pasan la aspiradora desde las 8 am cuando la gente está todavía durmiendo. Salí a quejarme, me pidieron disculpa, y siguieron como nada hubiera pasado. Ruido constante.... Absolutamente no es un lugar para descansar

Personal muy amable que te ayuda y linea 12 del autobús que viene muy bien para ir y venir al hotel
Pros:

Lo que más el personal, todos muy amables y atentos, tanto los de recepción, como cafetería, como los de limpieza. Nos dejaron dejar las maletas en consigna porque llegamos a las once de la mañana e hicimos el check-in a las diez de la noche, y a la salida como volábamos a las cinco y media de la tarde, nos dejaron dejar el equipaje en el hotel hasta la hora que quisiéramos. Es que tienen un cuartito para dejarlos. Las chicas del desayuno, todas ellas encantadoras, te hacen huevos de la forma que tú quieras, te preguntan nada más entrar, y la cafetería que está en la planta de arriba es muy cuqui. El lugar está limpio y todos hicieron todo lo posible para entendernos y para que estuvíeramos contentos.

Cons:

La cobertura para el móvil débil. El metro está como a 20 minutos andando, aunque es un paseo agradable donde ves ardillas, y son monísimas. Pero hay una parada de autobús en la misma acera del hotel a mano izquierda al salir, casi al lado del hotel. Entre otras, por ahí pasa la linea 12 que está funcionando cada 24 horas, y donde vienen autobuses todo el rato rápidamente, y que te deja como en 20/25 minutos en plena zona de Westminster y que llega a Oxford Circus, pasando por Osford Street, que viene muy bien. Nosotros cogimos esa linea mucho y alguna vez al metro andando cuando venía mejor. Por tando diría que la forma de comunicación para irte a turistear está muy bien.

Posizione per le mie necessità. Insonorizzazione della camera. Cuscini con grammature diverse e comodità del materasso. Possibilità della colazione.

Localização e funcionários 5*
Pros:

Ficamos 4 noites, os funcionários são super simpáticos e prestáveis.
Tivemos a sorte do quarto estar pronto e por isso entramos mais cedo.
O nosso quarto era no segundo andar e por isso o funcionário da receção carregou a minha mala e isso agradou-me muito.
O pequeno-almoço era bom, tinha ovos feitos no momento, panquecas, croissants, pão, feijão e muffins, fruta, café e sumos.
A funcionária do pequeno almoço é muito simpática e está sempre a repor o que vai acabando.
O quarto era normal e confortável, tinha chaleira e frigorífico, era arrumado todos os dias.
O que mais gostamos foi terem trocado todos os dias as toalhas por toalhas novas.
A localização é ótima, a paragem do autocarro fica em frente e estamos a 25 min do centro.
Deixaram-nos guardar as malas até ao fim da tarde.

Le lit était confortable. Et hotel bien situé. Et personnel sympa.

Cons:

Le déjeuner… Je trouve ça honteux de payer un déjeuner pour finalement n’avoir que des aliments chimiques (pancake, petits muffins, gaufres) achetés dans le magasin du coin… Puis pas du tout de choix.

Trop d’humidité aussi… Nos affaires dans les chambres étaient humides et ne séchaient pas, de la buée sur les fenêtres…

Déçu de la qualité de l’hôtel… Heureusement qu’on y était que pour dormir.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay thanks to the friendly staff, delicious breakfast, clean rooms, and excellent location.
Pros:

Our room was clean, and the towels were changed every day. The bathroom was also very clean and spacious. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location, with bus stops right in front of and next to the hotel. It is also close to the city centre, so it doesn’t take long to get to the main attractions. The breakfast was delicious, and the ladies who prepared and served it were incredibly kind and welcoming.

Cons:

What we didn’t like was that trains passed directly behind the hotel approximately every five minutes, which was disturbing.
The walls were also very thin, so we could hear other guests talking in the hallway, even at 4 a.m.
However, what bothered us the most was the lack of ventilation in the bathroom, which is a serious issue. As a result, there was mould on the walls. The problem seemed to affect the entire building, and we suspect that the roof might not be in the best condition either. There was a noticeable musty, mouldy smell throughout the hotel.
When we got home, all our clothes, bags, and jackets had absorbed the same unpleasant mouldy smell that was present in our room. If we hadn’t kept the window open, we wouldn’t have had any fresh air in the room.
I would strongly recommend addressing this issue as soon as possible, as exposure to mould is a well-known health concern. This is something that should be taken seriously, especially in a hotel where guests expect a clean and healthy environment.

Needs work to make me return.
Pros:

The breakfast was lovely and the staff were friendly. The location is good as bus stop is outside.

Cons:

The smell of drain in the back corridor all the time. The shower is impossible (either way too hot or freezing cold). No lift and the stairs were too narrow and steep. Our back bedroom had builders outside so drills going at 7.30am.

Un bonito recuerdo de Londres
Pros:

El trato fue lo mejor. El alojamiento era tal y como indica en las fotos y la descripción, pero el trato fue lo que nos enamoró del sitio. Sin duda ha hecho de nuestro viaje a Londres algo superior. Si volvemos a venir a esta ciudad, no dudaremos en quedarnos aquí. El personal atento, amable, resolutivo y cercano. Mil gracias a todo el equipo de Pasha Hotel por llevarnos un recuerdo más de Londres
