Vi var mer än nöjda med hotellet!
Pros:

Att komma in i rummet var som att gå in i naturen. Det var vackert inrett, fint och bekvämt. Personalen var jättetrevlig, spa:t var kanon, maten toppen! Inget att klaga på :)

Cons:

Det fanns inget jag inte gillade.

Premium high end experience in the arctic
Pros:

Sfeervol en gastvrij nieuw hotel
Pros:

Heel mooi en sfeervol hotel.
Het personeel is bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
We kregen een upgrade naar een junior suite; erg mooi en comfortabel.
In het restaurant heel lekker gegeten.
Het ontbijt was fantastisch.

Cons:

Het enige minpuntje was dat het in de nacht erg warm was op de kamer en we de temperatuur niet konden aanpassen. We kregen wel twee ventilatoren van een vriendelijke receptie medewerkster.

Fantastisk
Pros:

Fantastisk personale som gjorde alt perfekt både på hotellet,spaet og frokosten!
Spaet og frokosten var også utrolig bra og sengene var utrolig gode å sove i.
Naborestauranten bishops arms var også utrolig servicevennlig 🙌🏼❤️😊 Vi kommer tilbake!

Alles in allem gelungener Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Tolle Zimmer. Sympathisches, freundliches Personal. Sehr sauber. WLAN top. Roof-Top Bar grandios.

Cons:

Nur Thermoskannenkaffee beim Frühstück (ein Cappuccino wäre für ein 4-Sterne-Haus toll gewesen). Beim Frühstück verschimmelte Gurken (hoffentlich nur Ausnahme).

Pros:

Heie hotellet o Spa inkl. personal. Plasseringen mitt i sentrum av det nye Kiruna.

Cons:

Mangelen av parkeringsplass i hotellet. For oss som bodde over flere døgn var tilbudet med to restauranter en meget bra løsning.
