Positivt personale ved innsjekk

Cons:

Mye støv på rommet og nede i frokostsal, +at renhold av bord og gulv i frokostsal kunne været mye mye bedre.Ble tett, måtte ta allergimedisin. Gav tilbakemelding på dette ved utsjekk, følte ikke det ble tatt seriøst imot.

10/10 hotell, grym personal och hemtrevligt
Pros:

Personalen är så trevliga och hjälpsamma! Jag stannade bara en natt men önska att jag stannat längre. Rummet var fräscht, deras spa på högsta våning var trevligt, frukosten var gudomlig. Jag har verkligen inget att klaga på!

In der Bar auf der Dachterrasse wurden wir als Gäste einfach ignoriert. Schade, hätten gern am Abend dort noch was getrunken.

Pros:

Als erstes haben wir ein kostenloses Upgrade bekommen. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr höflich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war geräumig, sauber und top ausgestattet. Die Rooftop Bar ist ganz cool. Das Frühstück war fabelhaft und reichhaltig.

Cons:

Als kleiner Input: ich würde in so einem Top Hotel wo wirklich „fast“ auf jedes Detail geachtet wird, erwarten, dass ich als Gast nicht an der Bar mein Essen und Trinken bestellen müsste sondern die Bestellung am Tisch aufgenommen werden würde. Ansonsten rein gar nichts auszusetzen.
