Pros:

Belle superficie pour la Chambre. Très propre. Prix correct. Il y a également un distributeur Cafe thé, un autre boisson fraîche, ce qui est pratique lorsque l’on ne veut pas prendre le petit déjeuner le matin . terrasse très agréable avec fleurs et nature.

Cons:

Peut-être qu’il manque un ascenseur…

L'accès était possible avec le numéro de réservation et nous ne sommes pas passés par l'accueil. Bon rapport qualité prix et petit déjeuner conforme au prix payé. On m'a gentiment proposé de laisser ma moto près de la porte d'entrée pour plus de sécurité et ce spontanément, j'ai apprécié. C'est l'endroit idéal pour une nuit étape

L'accueil et le service étaient satisfaisant, courtois...

Venue sur Narbonne pour fêter les 30 ans de notre fils.

3 adules : chambre avec un lit au-dessus du premier autant dire que mon fils était heureux de dormir dans un tel lit.

Pas satisfaisant, heureusement qu'il ne faisait pas d'asthme ou pris de claustrophobie vu que le plafond était à moins de 50 cm de lui.

Demande de ne pas être côté autoroute : demande non satisfaite.

Pas de climatisation dans la chambre alors qu'il faisait une t° pas possible pour dormir.

Donc ouverture de la fenêtre afin de respirer et avoir de la fraîcheur avec bien entendu le bruit toute la nuit des circulations.

Le bruit la la route à quelques dizaines de mètres.
Problème aussi dû à la circulation mais aussi aux fenêtres de mauvaises qualités pour l’isolation phonique.
