Pros:

für fussmarode wie mich war der lift toll. frühstück war ok.

Cons:

leider ist visavis ein shop&go automat, der die ganze nacht gut besucht war, was einen schlaf verhindert (bei 36 grad musste ich das fenster öffnen. und die dusche war grindig. und der holzrahmen ums bett war eine herausforderung.

Grundsätzlich gutes, sauberes Hotel mit super Lage mit kleinem Verbesserungspotenzial
Pros:

Check-in hat über das Schlüsselkästchen super funktioniert. Der Check-out mit der Mitarbeiterin war sehr freundlich. Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal für Veranstaltungen - alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Zimmer war groß und sauber.

Cons:

Die Zimmer (zumindest unseres) sind nicht klimatisiert! Wir haben im Juni hier geschlafen und es war unglaublich heiß. Das Fenster konnte man leider auch nicht offen lassen, da unser Zimmer straßenseitig ausgerichtet war, und es damit zu laut war. Parkplätze im Innenhof waren leider nicht genügend vorhanden.

Nagyon elégedett vagyok vele.
Pros:

Tiszta, kényelmes szobák, nyugodt környék. Mindig itt foglalok szállást, ha Feldbachba utazunk. Egyszerű a self check in. Bármikor érkezhetünk, nincs belőle probléma.

LAVA-INN, DA FAHRE ICH WIEDER HIN!
Pros:

Das sehr persönliche Service, obwohl man vor und während des Aufenthaltes nur mit Computern kommuniziert.
Die Lage des Hotels in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Krankenhaus.
Die Gratis-Parkmöglichkeit im Hof des Hauses abseits der Hauptstraße.
Unerwartet musste ich während des Aufenthaltes mit der Rettung ins Krankenhaus eingeliefert werden und mir wurde nur die Anzahl der Nächte verrechnet, welche ich im LAVA-INN verbracht habe. Mein Zimmer wurde während meiner Abwesenheit geräumt und meine Habseligkeiten vorsorglich bis zu meiner Abholung deponiert. Alle meine Kleidungsstücke wurden sorgsam eingepackt, so als ob meine Mutter für mich den Koffer gepackt hätte!
Die Kommunikation über das Smartphone hat auch am Wochenende PERFEKT FUNKTIONIERT!!!
Alle Personen, mit denen ich Kontakt hatte, waren FREUNDLICH UND HILFSBEREIT, sogar der Sohn einer Angestellten, der mir nach Entlassung aus dem Krankenhaus das Gepäck vom LAVA-INN-Depot zum Auto gebracht hat.

Cons:

Ich wüsste nichts, was ich verbessern wollte.
Viele Häuser könnten sich das LAVA-INN als Beispiel nehmen!
