Enkel een klein puntje is dat de douche wat glad werd tijdens gebruik van shampoo, conditioner en zeep. Tegenvallen is een zeer groot woord, maar een verbetering hiervan zou het appartement perfect maken.

If you’re travelling with a baby like us, keep in mind that the appartment (we stayed in the large appartment on the third floor) is located three floors up through a narrow staircase. We knew this beforehand, but had underestimated how narrow it was (historical building). That’s not feedback for the hotel itself, as it is otherwise great, but just to let families with small children know! Also; the appartment is equipped with blinds, but these don’t block out all the light. Again, definitely not feedback for the hotel, just a tip for people with small children! Check in and service was great, everything was very smooth!

Die Möglichkeit zu parken war nicht gegeben die Angabe wo Parkmöglichkeiten gewesen wären wurde nicht genannt. Ein Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer war nicht vorhanden.

Het serviesgoed en de matig ingerichte keuken. Geen waterkoker bijvoorbeeld.

Before booking, I would strongly recommend reading the other reviews about this organisation on Google, https://maps.app.goo.gl/4dL65HqMBmFavxC57. It appears to be the same organisation operating multiple properties in Belgium. Review on google shows similair experiences as ours.

We booked two apartments for a group of six. During the evening we were chatting and had some music on. We understand that there may have been complaints, especially since the apartments seem poorly insulated (as also mentioned in other reviews).

However, the way this situation was handled was completely disproportionate. Around 23:00 Dante arrived shouting and immediately escalated the situation. We were not given any opportunity to lower the noise or adjust our behaviour. Communication was not possible, and we were forced to leave the property immediately in a very aggressive manner, including verbal abuse and physical contact. The situation felt unsafe to the point that we called the police.

After leaving, we had to find alternative accommodation in the middle of the night. To make matters worse, the owner contacted the new hotel and made false accusations about us (claiming we damaged the property and were using drugs), which is completely untrue. We left the apartment in good condition.

The next day, the owner acknowledged by phone that his reaction was not appropriate and mentioned compensation. However, when contacting the property again, they denied any knowledge of the booking and the situation.

Based on this experience, we cannot recommend this accommodation.

1 chaise ou 2 serait un plus pour pouvoir se poser après une journée de visite

Als je langer dan de in- en uitcheck tijd verblijft in de stad kun je beter een parkeerplek reserveren in de openbare parkeergarage in plaats van een parkeerplaats bijboeken. Ik had het bijgeboekt maar was uiteindelijk veel goedkoper uit met een reservering voor 48 uur in de garage.

Le bruit des travaux alentours

Geen gordijnen (enkel lamellen) dus quasi geen verduistering. Veel lawaai, zowel van op straat als van de andere kamers en de gang. Parking ontzettend smalle inrit en nog smallere parkeerplaatsen (mocht duidelijk vermeld worden voor de boeking!). Bovendien was de poort aan de inrit kapot dus iedereen kon binnen op de parking.
