Pros:

I like location and it has a good restaurant and spa and in the same time a good club

Cons:

I should say no for example when on weekend, they have any events in Club, you are not able to sleep in your room because you are able to hear huge amount of sound. Other thing is a rule was in another part of this resort and you should walk too much and they don’t have any elevator for you will be able to go to your room in first floor so you should bring your luggage yourself from stairs and it’s really terrible and help of them is not really enough I think we should rank them as a four star hotel, not five star

Very good, would definitely recommend it!
Pros:

The staff are super nice and friendly. They tried to solve each and every situation we had a comment on. The breakfast is sooo yummy! Based on what i saw this was the best hotel in the area.

Cons:

Only the lack of attention to details. For example, the water leaks from shower door until the toilet door, the photo frames are all leaning not straight, but these things are not major in comparison to the positive things.

Шикарные виды и вкуснейшие завтраки
Pros:

Отлично супер! Были в нём два раза. Первый раз всё было потрясающе. Второй раз был более старый номер, но ощущения всё равно остались самые хорошие. По ошибке забронировал отель на 1 день раньше, на что сам управляющий отеля сделал нам скидку на бронирование дополнительного дня и бесплатный обед. Очень хороший персонал, отзывчивый, понимающий, высокий уровень сервиса. В номерах каждый день проводится уборка. Роскошная территория отеля и пляж. Всё выглядит супер! Отдельная любовь - это завтраки, огромный выбор разной еды, мяса, фруктов и овощей.

Cons:

Домики расположены рядом и имеют общую стену, из-за этого у нас возникли проблемы с соседями. Каждую ночь они очень громко пели и мешали спать. Когда мы звонили на ресепшен и просили уладить проблему, то никто из сотрудников отеля этого не сделал и нашу проблему не поняли. Поэтому снижаю один балл отелю за это.

Quite luxurious resort
Pros:

A truly amazing 5 star resort,
The food is great at there onsite restaurant origin as well as cocktails are flavorful I would recommend the “feel good” cocktails.
Thank you to Mustafa for giving us a great service at the restaurant and showed extreme knowledge with the food and drinks.
The beds are extremely comfortable & the rooms are clean and modern.
We had a private pool room and it’s extremely private lovely for a couples get away the balcony watches out to the pool with beautiful views.
The cleaning was particularly well and accommodating aysè was very helpful with our request to a very high standard
The location is great for walking around onsite beach and 15 minutes to great strip of restaurants and stores some closer
Thank you to the staff for being extremely professional and accommodating

Pros:

Ligger fantastisk lækre omgivelser. Fantastisk poolbar og mad i poolbaren. Dejlige værelser.vi kom lørdag hvor der var fest som der er hver fredag lørdag. Så man skal være forberedt på støj ind til kl 02.00 disse par dage. Toiletterne i morgenmads restauranten søndag efter fest var ikke særlige lækre. Men det var kun den ene dag. 🤗. Vi brugte også 2. Dage på at få en ekstra dyne. Men alt i alt et lækkert sted. Og kommer helt sikkert tilbage

Cons:

Støj på værelserne fredag og lørdag nat. Det tog alt for lang tid med æggene til morgenmad . Men ellers dejligt morgenmads personale . Frugt udvalget var meget minimeret i forhold til da vi var der i okt.

Замечательное место, но не в сезон, и с поправками.
Pros:

1. Тихий район, но если хочется веселья, то можно пройтись пешком или проехать на велосипеде, или на такси - и все развлечения рядом.
2. Аренда велосипедов в паре минут пешком от отеля.
3. Потрясающие завтраки. Помимо кофе,чая, воды, предлагают фреш апельсиновый.
4. Если брать номер с общим бассейном, и повезет с номером в середине бассейна, то красивый вид.
5. В Апреле мало туристов.
6. Тихо по будням.
7. Уютный номер.
8. Очень хорошая продукция в ванной комнате: шампуни, бальзамы и тд.
9. Дружелюбный персонал в beach club .
10. Чистая территория.
11. Компактная территория.
12. Мягкие халаты.
13. Красивый интерьер.
14. Есть spa.
15. Замечательные массажисты.

Cons:

1. При въезде оказалось, что тёплый бассейн отсутствует. Он на ремонте.
2. Вся зона, где номера «с собственными бассейнами» оказалась в ремонте.
3. Вид из окна - ремонт, и горы мебели.
4. Ночью шум дороги сильный, тк отель находится в нескольких метрах от дороги.
5. При заселении в номер с собственным бассейном- в бассейне плавали волосы!И на вопрос: «когда уберетесь?», ответили: « уборка бассейнов в 16:00».
6. При просьбе переселить в другой номер (тк номер не соответствовал заданным критериям) сперва мне ответили, что это невозможно, тк бронирование было совершено на booking , а не на сайте отеля. После споров всё же переселили, спасибо.
7. Довольно дорогой ценник на spa.
8. В ресторане дважды приносили разбитые бокалы.

Incredible upscale stay in Alanya. Excellent value.
Pros:

If you are looking for a fabulous, upscale stay in Alanya, choose this hotel. Excellent location, food was amazing, spa was excellent and a good value, and I cannot say enough good things about the staff. They treated us very special and we felt like part of their family. We had the large suite and it was easily Top 5 best hotel room in which I have ever stayed. (I spend around 40-50 nights a year in hotels).

I highly recommend a stay at Day One if you will be on holiday in Alanya.

Cons:

The air conditioning was a little under performing and hot water took a bit but likely due to staying off season.
