Good value for money
Pros:

Comfy bed and decently clean, great little alley way with unreal coffee shops. Close enough to easily get everywhere by grab

Cons:

Few cockroaches around and dark because of fake windows but still fine.

Pros:

Идельаная локация, прекрасные апартаменты с балконом. Номер очень большой, с зонами для сна, отдыха, работы, кухня, хорошая ванная комната. Но, только для людей с крепким сном. На крыше бар, и с 10 до 3 часов ночи было сложно спать из-за голосов и движения скутеров посетителей приезжающих в бар.

Phòng sạch sẽ, như trên hình, rất nhiều ánh sáng, thoáng, có ban công, anh chủ và chị lễ tân take care khách rất nhiệt tình. Một năm mình công tác trên hà nội 7-8 lần nên mình chắc chắn sẽ quay lại.

Pros:

In a nice area and handy to the train station. They had a problem with our room prior to check in and quickly contacted us, and offered another room at a lower price. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Some cute little coffee shops in the same lane.

Cons:

Poor communication, sink was dirty and smelled, it wasn't soundproof as it said. Even after midnight the elevator kept going ding ding, other noises as well.had to constantly ask for things such as hamd towels,kitchen towel etc. I got the laundry service and one of my items were missing asked the person of contact from Booking.Com number who i believe is the manager but they stopped replying and matter still not resolved and i have checked out and i still have no clue about my missing cloth, still no reply. No reception,no one to help. Very misleading ad on booking.com. please be aware the balcony-rooftop is not as it seems in the foto.glamourised-doesnt match reality.. please be careful
