Important information:

The wellness and gym is adult only (interior and exterior pools included).

The credit card used for the reservation and a valid ID must be presented at check-in.

If the name on the identity card or passport presented at check-in does not match the name on the credit card used for the booking, written authorization from the credit card holder must be presented via a Booking Form.

If the identity of the cardholder and his/her agreement to use the card cannot be validated, an alternative method of payment must be provided prior to check-in.
Failing this, Mix Hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

Our new Kids Garderie will run every saturday and sunday morning from 8:00 - 12:00. €15 per child — a safe, fun space where kids play while you enjoy some well-deserved time for yourself. Ages from 3 to 12 years old for 15€/child/day.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Le petit déjeuner était vraiment top.

Même la piscine extérieure est interdit aux enfants.
Nous avions une grosse tâche sur l'une des banquettes.
Il devrait prévenir dans leur annonce qu il demande une caution de 200 euros, même pour 1 seule nuit de réservation. 14 jours après je n ai tjs pas récupéré la caution alors que tout a été soldé. Heureusement qu'ils m avaient dit que c était remboursé 4 à 5 jours après le départ. Dans l'ensemble clairement déçu.

Pros:

Très bel endroit. L’hôtel est beau, les chambres et les différents espaces aussi. Le cadre est agréable.
La chambre était bien.
Le petit déjeuner est vraiment très bien, beaucoup de choix.
L’espace sport et bien être était très chouette, beaucoup de différentes machines.
J’aurais pu y rester bien plus longtemps 😌

Cons:

J’étais à l’hôtel en semaine donc ça allait, mais j’imagine que le week-end il doit y avoir beaucoup de monde dans les espaces wellness.

Un MIX bien appréciable
Pros:

Le design de l'hôtel, son histoire, la piscine, le sauna, les différents restaurants. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est entouré de verdure, près de beaucoup lieux touristiques.
Une belle suite avec possibilité de cuisiner. Pas beaucoup de choses à reprocher.

Cons:

Des petits détails, que la piscine ne soit pas accessible aux enfants, un p'tit créneau serait bien sympa, le matin par exemple, 1 ou 2h. Dans la suite le frigo n'est pas vraiment utilisable, quand on ramène des produits de l'extérieur.

Les oreiller pas du confortable pour moi, l’organisation de la piscine, il y’a 4 bande une pour le relax et les trois autres pour ceux qui veulent nager malheureusement personne respecte et ceux qui veulent se détendre ne peuvent pas car ceux qui veulent nager se mette dans la partie relax et malheureusement aucun membre du personnel pour gérer tout ça, ce que je peux comprendre si les gens respecter il y aurais pas ce problème la.

Dans ma chambre je n’ai pas aimer aussi la salle de bain ouverte juste à coter du lit, c’est une question de gout
