Pet Policy:
• Pets are welcomed on our outside areas of terrace and hotel entrance + on the way to your room via public elevators. Pets are not allowed in our internal public spaces. Please let us know if your pet is a service animal and we are ready to accommodate.
• Pets are not allowed to be left in guest rooms unattended
• Pets must be healthy, updated on all vaccines and not pose a risk to humans/other animals
• Keep your pet in a pet carrier or on a collar and leash in areas outside of your room.
• Clean up after your pet within the room and in public areas
• Keep your pet under your control and supervision at all times. Any disturbance such as barking, biting, and aggressive behavior may result in removal of pets and/or guests at the discretion of the hotel management
• A limit of 02 pets under 7 kilograms each are allowed per room
• A daily charge of VND 700,000 is added to your booking stay to accommodate our housekeeping fees
• For any pet-related damage to the room or disturbance to other guests, or additional cleaning requested or required, Wink may charge for all associated costs, including compensation made to other guests if necessary

La vista desde la habitación y el restaurante. El desayuno espectacular y en general la atención de los chicos de los diferentes servicios.
Solo me pude quedar una noche y hubiese querido alojarme mas tiempo.
Staff was absolutely kind. Location is very central so it’s near pretty much everything you are after. Room is compact but well designed - floor to ceiling window helps to make it feel more spacious as it pulls the scenery of the city into the room.
While the location is very convenient, it’s also surrounded by city noise (riverfront concert, songs from the church next door etc ).

- Dù ko có hồ bơi nhưng vẫn có tuyến xe bus qua hồ bơi cùng hệ thống Wink Riverside, điểm cộng rất lớn
- Xe bus tiện lợi & anh tài xế rất dễ thương, nhiệt tình
- Các bạn nhân viên đều rất lịch sự & dễ thương (trừ 1 bạn nữ ở khâu lễ tân)
- Phòng siêu siêu bé, chỉ phù hợp đi du lịch & công tác ngắn (1-2) ngày
- Chỗ đậu xe rất ít nên lên xuống xe ko an toàn lắm
