O hotel tem suas instalações bem espaçosas, a área da piscina é linda!! O restaurante tem produtos de excelente qualidade. Gostaria de ressaltar o atendimento da colaboradora Marina do restaurante, muito eficiente e simpática!!

Cons:

Ao contrário da Sra. Marina, tive um certo desconforto e decepção com um funcionário também do restaurante. Mas, não vou desmerecer ou diminuir minha experiência com o hotel por alguém insignificante!

Between Vatican and old Rome

Cons:

The hotel seemed understaffed or not interested in the patrons at all. There were no doormen multiple times we walked into the hotel. The front desk seemed afronted that we asked for an earlier check in. The cleaning staff was good. They had a party Saturday night with strobe lights and loud music that reached our 3rd floor room until 1 am. There is nothing special about the rooms -- no cool art or features that would justify the price. The pool is fine but the staff ignored us multiple times when asking for menus or things. The breakfast is a very small buffet with a few options to order a la carte.

Un endroit confortable et cosy mais qui pourrait être amélioré par un petit déjeuner de meilleure qualité et une piscine
Pros:

L’emplacement était idéal, le lieu très beau et le personnel était très agréable. La chambre était bien avec les équipements nécessaires.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner n’était pas inclus dans le prix du séjour, il faut donc débourser 25€ par personne pour un petit déjeuner classique, rien d’exceptionnel.
De plus, nous avons trouvé que pour un 5 étoiles, cela était très dommage de ne pas chauffer la piscine. L’eau était glacée, c’est surprenant à ce prix là et dans un palace de ce standing, la piscine devrait être constamment chauffée, surtout à l’approche de l’été.

Fin beliggenhet, men veldig mye bråk fra biler/ambulanser osv. ikke så rart når man er midt i sentrum. Men jeg hadde håpet at det var stillere. Veldig hyggelig personale og koselige fellesareal. Bassenget var fint.

Generelt litt dårlig standard om man har forventninger om et 5-stjerners hotell. Det kunne lett ha vært oppgradert i mange ledd for å få denne følelsen - alt fra kvalitet på madrasser i poolen, håndklærne, at det ikke fantes bodylotion på rommet, og shampoo i dusjen på rommet var tom...

Pretty property, out of the way but easy to get to things. Most staff were great but one wasn’t as nice
