Wonderfully and lovingly decorated, great location with a balcony and ocean view.

The room was decorated very nice. Bed was comfy. And had a great view.
The parking was the worst. During a big event week people were parking in paying hotel guest spots to go to the beach. When we asked the front desk about it they said it was for the tiki bar. Us and many others told them the people were going to the beach not the tiki bar. They said they couldn't do anything and would open up extra parking. We let them know the beach people had already took down their tape and we're parking there too. We had to park in other areas till we could find spots then stand in the spot while we got our jeeps brought to the spot.. definitely will not stay here again.
We found our new favorite spot in Daytona! The location itself is perfect. We were about a half mile to the slingshot/boardwalk area, 1 mile to the bandshell with live entertainment.
The resort itself is relaxing and has everything you need. Oceanfront balcony, pool overlooking the ocean and the tiki bar is the perfect set up. We parked the car when we arrived and didn't drive again until we checked out. Food and drinks at the tiki bar were also outstanding.
Our studio apartment was clean, relaxing and quiet. I never once heard neighbors. It was stocked with everything we needed and I mean everything from kitchen supplies to bathroom toiletries, towel supplies, soap, shampoo/conditioner, q tips, scissors, everything.
If you're looking for the perfect getaway, this is it. We will definitely be back!
They advertise a fitness center that consists of one treadmill and one bike. Not a big deal but not what you expect of a fitness center. They also advertise a spa which we were hoping for massages but the spa consists of a sauna.
The location was ideal. The amenities were exactly what I was looking for. The beach, pool and tiki bar all in one place. I found no reason I needed to leave the property.
One guy at the front desk who looked like he generally has great disdain for people, which I get but he's horrible at hiding it.
This is by no means tarnishes my views on the owners of the condo.

Location was just what I needed.
It was extremely clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated and a well equipped kitchen.
A coupon for the downstairs TIKI Bar was welcomed and used.
