Exceptional
Pros:

Clean rooms and the owner communicates quite well. The locality is quite and peaceful with no tourists around, except us!

Plenty of gyms and places to eat in walking distance.

Cons:

It is a bit away from the city so we rented a scooter to visit the city for shopping.
Restaurants have only local menu in case that is important to you.
