Pros:

This was truly an excellent experience staying here.
Even though the hotel doesn't have staff stationed on-site, communication was handled thoughtfully and attentively via message, providing information and useful advice even before check-in. Check-in was also very convenient, even though I arrived before the official check-in time — there was a locker available to safely store luggage, and once the room was ready, I was able to get in quickly, well before 3 PM.
The room itself was impressive — spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a full range of amenities including a refrigerator, stove, cooking equipment, glasses, and dishware. The coffee was also restocked consistently every day by the housekeeping staff who came to clean.
The location was very convenient too, with plenty of interesting restaurants, cafés, and bookstores nearby.
Overall, I was really impressed and would highly recommend staying here. If I ever have the chance to travel to Greece again, I will definitely come back to stay here.

Fit for purpose but would not choose this area again
Pros:

Fresh and clean, facilities all the we needed for our family of 4 for the price. View from the shared roof terrace was amazing. Lovely to relax. Perhaps some umbrellas for day time viewing

Cons:

The area was not the best walking back showing the dark side of a big city - junky injecting himself in open view. Hard to get rid of image !

Excellent place to stay. Very beautiful and neat.
Pros:

Beautiful and awesome place. Very neat and has everything! Will recommend it to anybody. There are lockers for your suitcases at the entrance and we were allowed to use them on the day we booked There is also a coffee shop near the entrance of the building. Will visit and use it again! Also an option to order breakfast online, but we didn't use it.

Cons:

No microwave and the TV was often loosing its signal. Luckily we were not there to watch TV, but it would have been nice after a long day. The overall package however, too good to miss out on it for that reason.

Da localização perto do metro e do centro da cidade e a praticidade no check in e check out é um espaço adequado em cada ambiente

Cons:

O box do chuveiro não é muito eficiente, deixando vazar a água para o resto do banheiro.
E a solução para o café da manhã de solicitar no dia anterior não é nada prático,
Os canais internacionais da televisão saiam do ar a cada dois ou três minutos, ficando fora do ar por mais de um minuto.

Pros:

Highly recommended. The apartment was clean, modern and comfortable with easy access and excellent staff. In the very center of Athens, one minute away on foot from metro station and bus, with numerous choices for sights and entertainment in a few minutes walking distance.
