Get the right room !
Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel . The location is perfect not only because you are in Shibuya but also because there are great restaurants few minutes away from the hotel . The ladies who run the hotel are very friendly !

Cons:

The hotel is under reformation so maybe the time you read the review it s all done . We got a smoking room with old furniture and I asked to be change to a non smoking room . We got a brand new room
Japanese style ! I think they will reform all the rooms like that .

Adorei e se voltar a Tóquio não me importo de voltar a ficar no mesmo hotel pois fomos extremamente bem recebidos! Obrig
Pros:

Eram quartos pequenos mas muito acolhedores, sentíamos-nos em casa, pois as funcionárias eram super simpáticas e prestáveis. E estava super bem localizado e a uns minutos a pé das principais ruas de Shibuya.

Cons:

Só tive pena do quarto não ter uma janela que desse para abrir. Mas tinha uma que entrava luz na mesma.

I will not go back there, I did not like greedy staff member.
Pros:

Location was good. Close to the Shibuya station, approximately 600 meter, easy to walk there.

Cons:

Staff on reception on first night, I asked her how to call the taxi, as it was my first night in Japan and she wants to charge for help. I refused.
At that price of hotel I would not expect them to charge me if they order taxi for me.

Cons:

Estuvimos alojados 6 días, al retirarnos le hicimos el alcance a la dueña que no habían hecho aseo ningún día y se ofuscó tanto que se puso insolente. Nosotros solo le hicimos el comentario.

Los colchones son súper incómodos, antiguos y no es un hotel, es un motel por lo que ingresan parejas las 24 horas del día provocando ruidos lo que no permite el descanso
